This villa and resort was everything we could have hoped for and more. The accommodations were super comfortable and homey. We hated to leave. We were three blocks from the Clubhouse and pool so we took advantage of walking to enjoy those amenities. Patti and Barry greeted us when we checked in and made sure we were comfortable and introduced us to Clubhouse staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back next year. Two thumbs up.

This our fifth year of staying in one of Patti and Barry’s rentals! Each year has always been everything we expected! Very clean and comfortable. Everything one needs to live as if you were in your own home! Just go grocery shopping if you want to or prefer to cook. If not many great restaurants nearby! You can be as busy as you want to be in Sunbird, enjoy either pool, golf, join any of the activities that are offered at the clubhouse, or just sit and enjoy the sunshine on your patio!! Patti and Barry are just a phone call away if any questions or concerns! I would totally recommend renting any of their properties!!

I was in the hospital for a week during our rental period, but the home was very nice with everything we needed. There was a problem with the range, but the range was replaced even though it was completely usable as it was with one burner bad. Patti and Barry will take care of your needs whatever they might be.

Great vacation property or long stay. Super comfy and exceptionally clean and well furnished. Slept so well in very comfy bed and no noise from neighbours or sparse passing traffic. Great fully equipped kitchen with ice maker fridge/freezer. Nice little furnished patio at the back great for relaxing. A/C kept up well with temps well over 100F. Massive TV with NetFlix for lazy evenings. Resort pools excellent and close to lots of supermarkets and shops and only 10 minutes to Downtown Chandler for retaurants and entertainment. Overall just perfect.

We stayed almost three months while our new home was being finished. This was the perfect place for us. Everything we needed was there and in great condition. We would highly recommend this house.

Patti and Berry's home was clean and very well stocked with items that you need. It was only a few streets to walk to the club house and pool. I would highly recommend this home.

This is the fourth year we have stayed in this house and have never been disappointed. It is always clean and well stocked with the essentials of every day living. All you need is your clothing and food. The kitchen is ready and waiting for a good cook. But if cooking is not your thing there is a large variety of great eating establishments near Sunbird!! The owners Patti and Barry are very accommodating and helpful. We have always enjoyed them. We would definitely recommend their property, and Sunbird living to our family and friends! We will be back again to enjoy the amenities of Sunbird and the warm sunshine of Arizona! Jean and John
