The grounds of the complex were very well kept. The unit was nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, but was lacking in other areas. When we arrived, our unit hadn't been cleaned. I contacted the property owner and he was very apologetic for the miscommunication with the cleaner and immediately contacted the cleaner. The unit was cleaned within a couple of hours. Bike trails were easily accessible and many parks in the area. There were also several restaurants within walking distance and shopping nearby.

We enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again. Reasonable price, quick access to airport, nice access to lake walkway. Nicely stocked kitchen. Nice neighborhood. A half hour drive to see our friends in the RV park in Mesa, but the reasonable price made it worth it.

Feb/Mar 2022 Our stay was extremely quiet! We were concerned about being in a ground floor unit with people above us, and perhaps they were gone for the entire week, but it was amazingly quiet. Not even road noise from outside. The unit was clean and well appointed. Had everything and more we might need. I did contact the property manager as the blinds and one floor lamp needed attention. He responded quickly and said he would have those items looked at upon our checkout. Loved having a washer and dryer. And for once, we had a condo with a dryer that worked well! Manuel also let us in a night early and made that transaction easy as well. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Great location for all that we wanted to do. We did not make use of the pool or hot tub, but did walk around the lovely lake and grounds. Also ate at the yummy Mexican restaurant across the lake. A very pleasurable stay!

Great location & nice condo

We were evacuated from our home due to the Backbone Fire and needed a place to stay with our pets. This property was available, well stocked, convenient to stores and restaurants. They were flexible as we did not know the exact date we would be allowed to go home. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation a lot less stressful!!! I will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this Chandler Property. It was clean, comfortable and was perfect for our needs while visiting Family in Chandler. Having Sprouts and the homey coffee shop in the shopping complex so close was a huge plus. When we visit again, we hope this property will be available.

The location and accommodation were great for our situation. However the shower head leaked badly from time of arrival to departure which was not pleasant. Repairman never showed up. Otherwise, good experience.

My husband and I enjoyed our 2 1/2 month stay very much while we looked for a home to buy. The lake by the condo was a beautiful place to take early morning walks. The condo was centrally located around many restaurants, shopping districts, and sights to see. Our host, Manuel, was wonderful. He was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of when we needed him. I would stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our 2 week stay-the kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed . The property was on the ground floor & there was a fitness center, pool and hot tub available which we appreciated. We tried the tennis court but it is in need of repairs. Overall great location with restaurants, coffee shop & grocery store within walking distance. Lovely view by the lake.
