One day prior to check-in, we were notified of a burst pipe. Apparently, the problem was not a quick fix because we were unable to get into rental one month later. Found neither the host nor Vrbo to be overly helpful or responsive to inquiries. Spent 3 hours on phone with Vrbo, and after two days of not finding a substitute place to stay, they completely abandoned us. Would proceed with caution if booking this rental property.

My original property had an issue and was not available. The owners accommodated my at a different property and it was beyond my expectations. I travel for work and it was like I was right at home. Fantastic property owners.

We were unable to access this condo when we arrived because there was no key in the lockbox. The owner was very accommodating in allowing us to stay in a larger condo that she owns in the same complex, overlooking the lake. Because it was a last minute change, the second property had some cosmetic issues that would have normally been addressed prior to new guest arrivals. But the host was very accommodating and quick to do what she could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you, Sophia. We are grateful for your hospitality.

The condo was clean and in a great location. Walking distance from restaurants, coffee shop and grocery store. Would stay again.

Very nice place and very good location

The apartment is just as described. It is spacious and had everything we needed. There is not a good outside area connected to the unit. There is just an area by the front door that overlooks the parking lot. The pool is right around the corner but I would have preferred a private area with a better view. The location is perfect. We could walk to restaurants, groceries are nearby, and it was close enough to a highway for when we needed access.

I checked in 1/14/19 and found feces on the toilet in the bathroom, old pizza and other food in the sofa bed, the linens were all yellowed, lights were burned out, pillows were yellowed and greasy. I tried reaching the owner, and checked out 1/15/19 to a hotel. She agreed to refund our money and 2 weeks later reversed her decision.
