The condo is EXACTLY like the pictures: clean and beautifully decorated. Sofia was a wonderful host! My fiancé, sister, and I stayed here for a little over a month for work and here are 5 reasons we loved it: 1) The condo has everything you need in the kitchen from some spices to cookware 2) Sofia was quick with responding and checked in to made sure everything was going great throughout our stay 3) It is right on the lake and close to the pool...beautiful views! 4) The community is very quiet and the neighbors are nice 5) 3 of us stayed here and we had plenty of room. It never felt cramped and I loved how there were 2 separate bathrooms. Ive seen other reviews of her condo that aren’t so great and I can’t understand why. So, don’t let those sway your opinion on staying here. If the hot water heater goes off, simply press the reset button. If you’re staying for a while and don’t like the mattress, buy a cheap topper. Please use common decency and realize we are all human in an imperfect world. It’s not her fault someone stubbed his toe in the dark because he didn’t turn the light on. I’d definitely stay here again. 10/10 would recommend. (Bonus points that there is a great Mexican food restaurant right across the lake.)

this property was nothing like the online photos we tried to get her to cancel and told her we would allow her to keep a full week so long as she refunded the rest because it was very unclean and we only stayed 2 days out of 2 weeks she gave us the run around on getting our money back to make it right the tub had to be repaired during our stay the repair man for that not only brought his daughter to work but I do not remember either of them wearing mask. There was food and trash in the couches and under the coffee table .... the carpet was all stained and she wanted to bring a cleaner in while we were there. Also there was a huge wad of tp in the the toilet and urine and the air was not working correctly .... im sorry but we tried to reason with her and allow her to keep a weeks worth of money to help get it clean and she kept 2 weeks and stopped answering our messages i do not recommend this unless u don't care to lose money but i have small kids and this is unfair to them since we are like 1800 miles from home and that is money lost.

Discovered we were charged much, much more than others in this complex. Supply and demand I guess. Minor issues became more annoying in a longer, six week stay: very slow drain in shower, hot water heater kicks off, IKEA level furniture, wall switches don’t work, blind in master bedroom needs repair. Still, it’s attractive decor, beautiful views of lake and courtyard, close to pool, friendly complex, and a short walk to some great restaurants! Would loved to have found a ground level unit for next year. This is an upper unit, a bit of a distance from parking for the mobility challenged.

Had to search for kitchen towels. Need to vacuum under tables & chairs from previous renters.

COMFORTABLE STAY

Property was well kept and located very centrally to all amenities. Pool and hot tub were clean and in good working order. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Stayed for a week met our expectations. Bring your Roku or fire stick. Wireless was adequate. Took walks every day felt secure in this area. Good restaurants within walking distance of the apartment..
