We also have many games including a popular outdoor game called Corn Hole --a beanbag kind of horseshoes game. We have a new Smart TV to sign in for your favorite shows. A new DVD player and classic/favorite movies are stocked! ** We have instant hot water so you should never run out! **IF YOU SIGN IN TO YOUR STREAMING ACCOUNT, PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO SIGN OUT. Guest access You have the entire house and property for your visit. You are welcome to open the windows and sliders to bring in the fresh air, as well as fans in the loft and living room. Or you may use the A/C in each of the rooms. This is an ALL ELECTRIC house, NO propane or natural gas is used. We recommend setting the A/C between 22-25C in the bedrooms, 28-30C or higher in the kitchen. When you leave for your daily excursions, PLEASE close windows/curtains and lock doors, you may leave the A/C on but turn it up to 30 C or OFF completely since electricity is very expensive. Thank you! Other things to note We have many places for dining in the area, as well as just down the road in La Fortuna. Ask our concierge Delvis for recommendations. Our neighborhood is an excellent place for a morning jog/walk. There is a nice trail/road that will take you behind our house, past Volcano Lodge toward the Manoa property that is very lovely. Enjoy views of the volcano as well as beautiful pastures and bird-filled trees. We do not have trash service (our gardener or manager pick it up) so please make an effort to separate recyclables and other trash. We have a big container for food waste for our composting at Pure Trek. Delvis will explain how to handle the trash. We are now offering private MASSAGE at the house! Please inquire for pricing and the menu of options. If you are a fellow yogi please enjoy the outdoor dining area or the Indonesian shala in the backyard for a yoga practice and meditation. Private, secluded paradise
Cannot say enough about this home and what it offers for space, peace and beauty. Tons of room inside for large family (we only had three people and did not use half the space!). Outside porch area was where we ate every meal and had morning coffee. The yard garden plants were gorgeous, complete with a huge coconut tree (coconuts were delicious!). Delvis,the concierge, was incredible and helped us with anything we needed. Close to many activities and restaurants and supermarkets. We would not hesitate to come back again.

We are located just outside of La Fortuna in an exclusive, small enclave of private homes and luxurious boutique hotels in La Palma. You will enjoy nice walks on the roads both in front of and on the road past Volcano Lodge toward Manoa (another resort). Look for oropendola nests in the trees! We have toucans, parrots, wild turkeys, scarlet tanagers, motmots...! So many types of hummingbirds and butterflies, flowers, and fruit trees. And, we occasionally have sloths in the trees behind the house or down the street! Enjoy!

Gemakkelijk!! Ga gewoon 7-10 minuten langs de hoofdweg vanuit La Fortuna langs de kuuroorden met warmwaterbronnen (Baldi, EcoTermales, Termalitas, etc.). Sla rechtsaf bij Volcano Lodge, houd links aan bij de splitsing richting Nayara Hotel & Spa Resort. Ga ongeveer 100 meter verder tot Pure Trek aan de rechterkant. Dit is waar u incheckt en uw sleutels ophaalt! Ons huis is drie opritten naar beneden. Welkom bij Casa Tortuga!
