Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable en Thailande cette villa est superbe avec une belle piscine et une vue sur là mer et à 5 minutes du centre . Superbe accueil de Mathieu et son frère ils vous conseillent très bien avec la possibilité de louer des scooters et d organiser des excursions . Je recommande vivement cette villa .

Superbe villa spacieuse et confortable. Une vue imprenable sur la baie de patong. Deux frères très dispo pour proposer des bon plan ou meme booker les excursions ou encore dès scooter. Je conseil cette adresse, s’en hésiter que se sois pour une famille ou groupe d’amie.

host was really Collaborator, gentle and honest, arranging everything for us, taxi, laundry, bikes and tour trips. The villa is perfect we were 5 and we used to have other guests staying with us and it was comfortable. Everything matches the description and photos. pool is different experience you got the view of Mountains, sea and beaches high level of relaxing. The villa is so secured you don't need to worry about that. location is super amazing easy to describe for taxi drivers and near to beaches and Bangla road where the most tourists visit. if i'm planing to come back again then POOL VILLA LOMA 4 BEDROOMS SEAVIEW is where i'm gonna stay. highly recommended for others.

mathieu and his brother helped us with any problems we had throughout our stay, a simple text message and they would come as quickly as they could. I saw people complaining about the downstairs apartment but it is perfect if you would like some privacy from your friends. Yeah the swimming pool isn't the biggest but I'm not looking to train for the Olympics it is of sufficient size. The view is incredible and they were very reasonable when we damaged both the blinds in the villa and one of their mopeds, we had a charge of what it would cost to fix.

So myself and 4 others decided to book this villa with condo for 8 nights in October. From the first night arriving, i had a bad feeling about this place. On arrival, i was quite shocked with the location, on the side of a mountain with a very steep hill as access. This place is noway suitable for wheelchairs, kids, prams.. Even getting home from being out, we had to pay taxi and tuk tuk extra money just to get up this hill. This villa isn't near any shops or restaurants. from the first night, our private pool was green and kept getting greener by the day. We informed the owner who said it needs time to cycle through the pump.... No it just became worse.. We we then moved to the next door villa which was much better and the pool there was crystal clear. As for the condo..... No privacy at all. the bathroom door is a clear see through shower curtain, so anyone on the street can see what you're doing.. The main curtain for the bedroom is not big enough for privacy either.... Also the bill for the electricity... What a joke and what a rip off!!! they charged us $190aud for 8 nights.. i don't even pay that much in my own home in sydney, also the average house in thailand would pay less than half that amount. after being told the electricity would be cheap, then bam they hit you with this bill that you have to pay. The owner assured us that we are in a very safe area.. there was never anything to be worried about... Well..... On our last night, myself and my friends were robbed! total of $2000aud was stolen.. yes while we sleep, they were in our rooms and taking what they could. Its weird how it happened on our last night, how did they know? we believe that we were being watched everyday up until our last night. So this villa and area is not safe at all!! I do have a police report as proof.. I really do not recommend this to anyone, location is bad, access is terrible, its not safe and or secure. its really dark outside and you cannot see who is about..

De l'accueil, en passant par la propreté et les bons conseils du propriétaire français ... tout y était pour profiter pleinement de la Thaïlande. A la fois proche du lieu de vie (5 mn du centre ville, et des plages) et suffisamment éloigné pour être au calme. Je conseille vivement cet établissement et j'espère y retourner. MERCI.

Formidable villa avec piscine vu sur la mer, idéale pour une famille ou un groupe d amis. Les propriétaires toujours a l écoute et se rendent disponible. De plus, possibilité de louer des scooters et ils proposent des excusions! Vraiment au TOP je vous la conseille.
