I stayed at this location for just under 2 months and can't speak highly enough. One of the cheapest options for a private room in Patong. Staff here are great. Reception were very helpful with my stay. I broke my phone and lost my eftpos card and they helped me with a phone call home to get things organised. Left my wallet sitting in my motorbike one night and staff collected it and held it at the front desk so it didn't get stolen. There's a sauna next door and lots of nice little cheap food options close by. It's at the back of Patong but there's a little short cut not on google maps to the centre of Patong close to the Night Bazaan Market. Maid service everyday. The owner is very welcoming and lives onsite and gave me a very competitive price because of the length of my stay. Wi-Fi can be a little sketchy at times but other then that excellent. I'll be back next year :)

I stayed in the guest house for a week. This place is very good in every way, and good value too, I say you should stay there.

The host, Andrea was super helpful and available everyday. The hostel is located about 10-15m walk from the beach and the same from Bangla Road. Convenience stores and tourist centres are right around the corner too, great spot! Clean, super nice host and good location.
