I told this man Richard the owner I was disabled and could not use stairs , he said that was fine there is a bedroom and bathroom down stairs , so I booked the villa . I visited Phuket in September and went to look at the villa , and found the bedroom downstairs but you needed to go up a flight of stairs to access the kitchen dining and pool area ,when I questioned him about deceiving me he said try and get your deposit back knowing I could not , he did not care he lied to me . Would not recommend it’s on a very steep hill so you will need a vehicle and it’s not a quick walk to patong shops it’s a long way from them .

Que dire richard un homme formidable qui prend le temps de donner des conseilles de venir nous montrer en 1 semaine se que en deux trois mois vous n’auriez jamais vu pars vos propres moyen. Toujours disponible de bonne humeur c’est devenu un ami ! Pour la villa rien à dire conforme aux photos je dirais même mieux femme de ménage qui viens tous les trois jours un gros plus piscine très très bien entretenu endroit calme et reposant voisinage impeccable des vacances de rêves à très vite ✈️🎉

1st time staying at this location. Found the owner to be genuinely interested in the success of our stay. Some places, they tell you "here's the keys" and leave you to figure things out on your own. At this place he checked in with us nearly every day, arranged tours, boat charters, airport transfers, even laundry service. The house was spotlessly clean, and comfortable. The rooms and pool deck are even nicer than they look in the pictures. I would absolutely recommend this property 10 times out of 10! Great Vacation!!!
