Have stayed here a few times over the last couple of years. Its a comfortable well priced guest house, with everything you need .Ok, it doesnt have a pool. And it doesnt have great views from the balconies....but thats not what i came to patong for anyway. 10 minutes easy stroll from night markets, Jungceylon shopping mall, bangla road, and the beach. Family mart store just 20 metres away at the corner..... The staff are friendly, and will try their best to accomodate any requests, Attached to the premises is a "no sex" thai massage, and the staff there mingle with the guests and it gives a laid back "family style" atmosphere. Its not 5 star, and it doesnt pretend to be. And the price at 800 baht per night reflects just that. You get a good sized, clean room, air con, some cable tv, and decent hot showers. Its good value, and has the bonus of a nice little bar area in the foyer with local and western eateries surrounding it... taxi and tuk tuks are just at the corner so its easy to get a quick ride anywhere you dont feel like walking to.....if you are on a budget, but dont want to backpack, its a good choice. As a side note, i must say that the staff are honest, so security has never been a problem....recommended for the single/couple/ family who want a safe, clean, friendly base that certainly wont break the bank.

Trovato per caso appena arrivata a patong, camere pulitissime, a dieci minuti dalla spiaggia e da Bangla road! Personale molto gentile e ragazze del centro massaggi simpatiche e molto brave. La mia camera pulita perfettamente lenzuola e asciugamani cambiati regolarmente! Se tornerò a patong sceglierò certamente questo hotel!

Stayed here in may 2013 for a week, hotel is clean/tidy well looked after, staff are great. owner is a great guy. We paid 800 bht a night. Good value. All rooms are aircon , with nice big walk in shower, fridge and plenty of bottled water. Shop at end of road, night life 5 min walk.
