We stayed in Ken`s condo for the full month of November and wished we could have stayed for a further month, the unit has everything you need for a long term holiday. The lady in the office who takes care of the paperwork is an absolute Gem, and not to forget the cleaning Lady, she does a wonderful job. We have been to Patong many times and stayed at various resorts but the next time we come back it will be at Kens place.

This apartment offers all the amenities you could possibly want and is very clean and well maintained. The views from the balcony are beautiful. The street directly in front of the hotel has at least 9 restaurants all offering very good Thai and Western food at very reasonable prices. There is also a family mart and a bottle shop in the same street which is very convenient. The beach is only 1 to 2 mins. straight up the street. Jungceylon shopping centre is only a 5 min. walk. If you are interested in party life, Bangla Road is also only 3 to 5 mins. away. The apartment is quiet and you do not hear any street noise. For me the best part of staying here was the excellent feedback you get from the owner, Ken. He was so very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. I feel like I know him and I really appreciated that personal touch. Will definitely stay here again. I had some friends visit me during my stay and they too are now interested in staying at this condo.

I was staying in Kens Condo from 5th till 22nd of January 2016. The Condo is very well equipped. There is really nothing missing at all. Patong Tower is very central. All what you need is reachable in Walking distance. Unbeatable is the balcony and the view from it. Every evening at 7 pm the nice firework Display at Paradise Beach :-) I spent most of time on the balcony reading. The balcony has sun from approx 2 pm on. However, if People rather stay in the shadow, a sun umbrella is available. I will for sure spent another time in this Condo, after being several times in Pating, I think, I found the perfect place for me :-) Thanks again Ken for the very nice contact, uncomplicated booking and your Support, whenever needeed.

We stayed in Ken's apartment for 12 weeks (July to Sept 2015) and had a great stay. Apartment has everything you could possibly need. Bed & pillows were good. Room was cleaned every 3 days & the cleaning lady even brought fresh flowers. It was great to sit on the balcony every morning overlooking the sea & have our coffee. It's also great to sit and watch people on jet skis and parasailers. Sunsets are also great. The apartment is close to everything - restaurants, mini mart, clothing shops, pharmacy, liquor store and massage ladies. You can even hand your washing in (for a very small cost) to the girls below in the Tower office and get it back the next day. Ken (the owner) answered any queries we had very quickly. The girls in the office were helpful and speak good English. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

I have just returned from a 3 week stay at Patong Tower in apartment 1503.The Owner Ken had helped me a great deal with my different questions about certain things I needed to know.A taxis as requested met me at the airport and drove me to the tower in just under an hour.upon arrival the reception people were aware of my arrival and in next to no time I was sat in the lounge area of the apartment.Upon inspection every thing was spotlessly clean,and the description in the advertisement was exactly as described.After a good night's sleep I awoke early drew back the blinds,and a wonderful view of the beach and the Anderman Sea was laid out before me,indeed it was breathtaking..I have spent a very happy three weeks there,everything was to hand and the location is excellent.I had a few queries about certain things and the people at Andermen travel the letting agents were only to pleased to help. All in all a first class experience,and would recommend this apartment and it's owner Ken to anyone .

Love,Love,Love this place. This 1 bedroom apartment is a gem. It was home away from home, my partner and myself loved it. We stayed 14 nights and had the best time as this is our 9th time to Phuket and decided to stay somewhere different other than a hotel/resort. The view from the balcony looking over the ocean was breathtaking, we had breakfast out on the balcony daily and each evening with a glass of wine sitting watching the beautiful sunsets each night and the beautiful fireworks on the beach infront of the apartment. The apartment is so close to everything, restaurants, mini mart, liquor store (very handy) , Massage (Limones- quite good) and 200m from the beach. The apartment was very clean and the cleaning lady came in every few days and cleaned & she took our washing and brought it back the next day ironed and folded. She was lovely so I gave her an extra 500bht ($20) as she also bought flowers in. Ken, the owner, who is now my new BFF, was wonderful to deal with he answered all my questions even when he is on the other side of the world. The staff checking in and checking out were great as well and very helpful and have quite good English. I would hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. We are going to stay again sometime next year and we cant wait. The apartment is very quiet, there is the occasional firecracker about 3am but we got used to it, it didn't bother us at all and we couldn't hear the music once inside the apartment from Bangla Rd,

Not at all luxury, but well equipped middle class ( 3 star) apartment in a 2 -3 star building. Nice view. Little bit dirty (dust in side boards above 160 cm, pillows in bedroom disgusting). Nightly firework- cracker between 2 am - 4 am in front of the condo.

The best apartment we have stayed in at Patong Tower. Everything you can ever need in the apartment, spacious, great view, quiet and of course great location. Will use again.

L'appartamento perfettamente arredato ed in posizione centrale ha un balcone vista mare dove si possono ammirare stupendi panorami e tramonti da togliere il fiato. Tutto è stato perfetto. Lo consiglio senza problemi.

Fully equipped condo, everything you could wish for. Central to shops & restaurants. One slight drawback is the lack of a swimming pool. We stayed for 9 days & had to pay an additional 2100 baht for the use of water & electricity
