My family of five persons stayed one week in this charming apartment in the hearth of Jumeirah Beach Walk. The location is perfect. You have the walk, the beach and many restaurants, shops and bars just outside the door and the Marina mall is within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The tram station is 100 meters from the apartment! You can go everywhere from there, but taxis are very cheap as well and you can find many on the walk. You really don´t need a car. The apartment is very modern, clean and spacious with stunning views of the Marina and the ocean. The host had really thought about their guests needs because there is everything you need in the apartment i.e. cooking essentials, washing machine , TV, Wifi, European adaptor. The use of the pool was great. If you are planning to rent a car there is a private parking space in the ground floor. The booking of the apartment was very smooth and organized. If we had questions we got answers from the host within a few hours. Our early arrival was well prepared and scheduled. We knew exactly where to go and all the access keys and cards where available from the first moment. You have the feeling, that the host and his nice assistant Gio did their best to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. If you're looking for a relaxing beach holiday in the sun with your family and to have the opportunity to explore some of Dubai's other attractions too, like Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah, then this is the perfect place to stay! We will be back.

I stayed here with my family for ten days in october and everything was perfect. The apt is fabulous!!! I can recommend this property... modern furniture, amazing view, and the surroundings are also amazing..all you need is here.supermarket, pharmacy, beach access... Hope to come back soon
