I plan an annual retreat and this year I decided to take it to Dubai. Planning an event of this magnitude came with a lot but Alessandro and Hla made the process such a smooth and amazing process. From their intention to detail in the planning process, how they helped me book excursions for a group of 12 and helped me grocery shop and deliver food for everyone. The penthouse was so so nice. With the breath taking views, large and comfy beds to the amazing pool that assisted us with combating the very warm days. Thank you so much I could keep on going with just how amazing my stay was at the penthouse

The overall experience was good. My family had a very nice time. The location of the property was perfect.

Photos are not what they seem How’s the place was an absolute disgrace. Exposed wiring very dated in the worst place or stayed in my whole life and I travel a fair bit. The host has posted nothing but lies about this place

Can’t say enough about the property, the management and the cleaning crew. It truly felt like vacationing at the Burj al Arab or the Armani Hotel. However, better suited for the comfort of a large family wants and needs. I will missed the views from the pool side balconies. Looking forward to our return next year.

Alessandro is a great host who cares about his properties and clients. The penthouses in JBR are some of the nicest apartments I have ever seen with incredible views too. The location is perfect, under 1-minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The maid was on hand to help but was never seen unless asked for, she gave us full privacy. I can guarantee if you are a big booking, you will never find a place as good as this for a large number of people. 100% would recommend to anyone and everyone

We were a group of 11 ladies celebrating our 40th Birthdays. We had an amazing stay and found our maid, Lah, an absolute star, she could not have been more helpful! What a lovely lady!! Fantastic views, lovely apartment and great location. We had a fantastic time. Great communication with owner.

First of all I would like to thank Alessandro for his preciuos tips to live Dubai. What about the apartment was super clean and well arranged. The are all necessary things for your stay. The view from the terrace is just unbelievable we spent some nights to see all the city lights. The pool is amazing!! Near the beach and restaurants and shops. Would definitely come back. I would highly recommend this place to all guest

Alex was great host. The property was exactly as we expected, and was just what we needed. The pool was fantastic, clean and well maintained we enjoyed so much. Gourgeous view from the terrace!! Beds were very comfortable and AC works good. The location is great for seeing Dubai
