De aanpak van Tripadvisor met betrekking tot beoordelingen

Als het systeem iets detecteert dat potentieel in tegenspraak is met onze communityrichtlijnen, dan wordt de beoordeling niet gepubliceerd.
Wanneer het systeem een probleem detecteert, wordt een beoordeling mogelijk automatisch afgekeurd, naar de junior bijdrager gestuurd voor goedkeuring, of handmatig beoordeeld door ons team van contentspecialisten die 24/7 aan de kwaliteit van de beoordelingen op onze website werken.
Ons team controleert elke beoordeling die op onze website geplaatst wordt en volgens onze bezoekers niet aan onze communityrichtlijnen voldoet.
Als u een beoordeling heeft ingediend voor een vakantiewoning, vragen wij u mogelijk om ook bewijs te leveren van uw bezoek om te kunnen verifiëren dat uw beoordeling aan de correcte vakantiewoning is gekoppeld.

Not your best bet
Pros:
1. in a good location in relation to most neighborhoods in Amman.
2. within wlaking distance from grocery store (safeway), pharmacy, fast food resturants, etc.
3. reasonable price in comparison to similar rentals in Amman.
4. very nice management folks ( readily available and willing to help)
5. the apartment is furnished decently
6. Good for a family of 4 (the available beds are two singles in one room and one queen in the other)
7. there is gas stove and basic utensils (but not enough dishes or pans for a long term stay)
Cons:
1. Most residents were Gulf nationals. unfortunately, most were big loud families, who were up late until early morning hours. noise was unbearable shouting kids and slamming doors.
2. Some residents were there for medical care at nearby hospitals, and Taxi drivers at the building entrance were loitering from early morning until late afternoon. They were nasty people who used foul language and fought over customers. (recommendation: use Careem for commute its safer, more convenient and more respectful drivers)
3. Some residents were bachelors (again from gulf nationals) they were in for short stays. In some morning the parking lot would have many empty beer cans and liquor bottles.
4. No electric kettle. No iron. No vacuum cleaner (but can have it upon request)
5. No balcony as shown in the picture. Not all units have them.
6. No cleaning supplies (dish soap, shampoos, etc). you get two rolls of toilet paper and two small hand soap bars.
7. No bottled drinking water available on arrival (but you can buy from nearby store or ask attendants at front desk to bring for you).
8. no restriction on smoking. Smoldering cigarettes smoke very strong.
I have to say that this was a hard review for me to write. On one hand the management is so nice and willing to work with you (they refunded me for the days I didn't stay, when they didn't have to) but on the other hand the place had so many things going against it...at the end I owe you an honest assessment...
All in All it is a reasonable small apartment that is good for a short stay if you need to be in that particular neighborhood in Amman. However, if you don't have to be in that neighbourhood I strongly recommend that you look in more upscale areas. For a little more money you would have a more decent place, peace of mind, and certainly more sleep....

Very hospitable!
We rented the apartment from Mr. Sabri when we travelled to Jordan to visit our daughter. The location is near the Safeway in Shmeisani, which all the taxi drivers are aware of. The apartment was very comfortable with two bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a living room and a balcony. The air conditioning worked very well. All bedding was provided, including towels. The gentlemen who work the desk at the apartment building were as helpful as they could be. When there was a language issue. they would call Mr. Sabri and I would speak to him directly as he spoke English and we do not speak any Arabic! When our plans changed, Mr. Sabri allowed us to stay an additional day and check out later than usual. I would recommend this apartment if you are staying in Jordan!!

Great Place and Service
It's a great place for a family who would like to have clean, quiet and comfortable accommodation for a long or short stay in Amman. Its location in Shmesani, near Safeway, is an added value, so you can access most required services easily.
