Cozy and cute with the most amazing view. Lovely flowers delivered each week and everything you could want for in a holiday home. Getting down to the water’s edge for a couple of older folks was a bit tricky, but we were happy to swim just down the road. Thank you Jan and Charles. Anne, Stephen and Lucy the Lab.

We had a great stay at the Eastman Waterfront Cottage. It was located on a quiet and secluded part of Bowen Island. The waterfront views were amazing and made for a relaxing time away from the city. The cottage was well-stocked and clean. We enjoyed nearby Killarney Lake and the Mount Gardner hike.

We love this property and have recommended it to friends and family. We will undoubtedly return to visit again and again.

Nice experience. Wish the weather would have been nicer but that didn’t take away from our relaxing getaway. Would recommend to friends. The only drawback was that there was no beach to access to water which we thought there was and walking down the back area of the property was slippery, uneven and dangerous. Only went out there once. That area could be improved. The tap water was delicious! A great place to take your fur family as well as long as you are a responsible pet owner. Property history was intriguing.

The place was beautiful, cozy and dof friendly. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

Breathtaking views in a rustic, charming and remote home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for adventure, romance and west coast scenery. We couldn't believe our eyes when we saw the pod of whales from the breakfast table!

My husband and I wanted a peaceful spot out of the city for a relaxing weekend. We couldn't have done better than The Eastman Cottage. It is cozy, clean and quiet with a spectacular view out across Howe Sound. We were visited by a bald eagle, numerous waterfowl and a seal. The cottage is adorable and has a wonderful story of the grandmother (?) of the current owner who is shown in a lovely photograph on that location with a book on a hammock. She was an accomplished painter, and her beautiful artwork and hand-decorated furniture adorn the cottage. It's all very homey, though, not "fancy" at all. Everything works very well. The kitchen is well-appointed (we were even able to sharpen the knife!), the beds are comfortable and there is good water pressure in the shower. Also, the tap water is delicious. The communication from Jan was clear and thorough. We're already planning our next visit to Eastman Cottage.

This rental property is perfect. It was clean, well-appointed, and the views and setting were remarkable. Jan, the property manager, was responsive, professional, and very helpful. The highlight was seeing a sea lion swim by right out front. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for having us!

My friend and I have been coming to this cabin on Bowen for years for a getaeay weekend and it was just as fantastic as always. Perfectly secluded, phenomenal view and so cozy. We will definitely be back!
