I stayed at Rona's house in Jardins del Pacifico for almost a month. It was great. The house was clean when we arrived, and Rona was there to meet us, and the internet worked great. It was important that the internet worked b/c I need it for my work; so that was a concern of mine, and there was no problems at all for the entire month. It is a gated community and the security guards are very friendly. There were a few children in the neighborhood that played with my 3 year old daughter, and we were invited to a community BBQ for the 4th of July. Very nice people. I stayed with my wife, my mother-in-law, and my 3 year old daughter. We loved it. The neighborhood is quiet, there is a community pool at the edge of the property, and the beach is a 10 min walk, though there are 2 bikes that you can use to get there in 2 minutes. The beach is great for surfing ( I surf ), but there is a lot of current, so it is not great for swimming; it can be dangerous, so don't leave your children unattended at the beach. Rona was prompt with returning our security deposit as well, and she responded quickly to any of our emails or text messages. The backyard had a lot of mosquitos, but this is common in Costa Rica during the rainy season. The house was screened and with the ceiling fans, it was very comfortable. We only used the A/C in our bedroom at night, and only for part of the night. We didn't have any issues at all. Great house, great time. We can wait to come back next year! Thanks Rona!

We Loved are stay the condo was very nice and clean. IT was Close to everything we loved the wild life around the property and the beach down the street. The only down side to the conddo was the water perssure in the shower was not very good. and the hot water was very tempermental. but all in all it was an excellent place.

This house were the most wonderful and the best we we have chosen... Me and my family we're planing to go back in July and this is the best place to stay, super clean organize Rona is an excellent person, responsible, We felt like we were at home:) love it!!

The house: 'Terraza Brisas' is well equipped and accommodated our family of 8 for almost three months. There are only beds for 6 or maybe 7, so we used air mattresses for the extra people. The windows are all screened, to keep the mosquitoes at bay, and allow for the breezes to keep the place cool. Jardines del Pacifico: The community is very secluded, and it is easy to feel like you are the only people on the planet. There are about 35-40 houses, but only some of them were occupied, when we were there. There are residents who live there all year long, and others that come for the weekends or for a few weeks vacation, so there are people, but it doesn't feel crowded. The hosts: The hosts are nice and were VERY responsive any time we had questions or something needed to be done. We didn't have to wait very long before we had an answer, or whatever needed to be done was taken care of. Bejuco: The hamlet of Bejuco is nice, but very small, and there aren't a lot of services. If you are planning on spending some time there, and not living like a hermit, make sure you plan on having transportation, or you will be spending a lot of money on taxis and/or time on buses. We liked the beach at Bejuco, too. It was never crowded, and frequently nearly empty. The waves are good for surfing and playing around in, as long as you are mindful of the rip-tide currents. We had good times there and went daily or almost daily.

My wife and I spent the months of January and February in Bejuco and were fortunate to find "Teraza Brisas". The house was super, well equipped, spacious and close to the beach. Rona Marino, the Owner, was more than helpful and attentive to our needs. The beach is about a five minute walk from the house. And, what a beach! Miles of beautiful chocolate colored sand, very flat so easy to walk. The warm ocean adds to the joy of spending time in this wonderful location. When we return to Costa Rica, we will definitely stay at Terraza Brisas again. Jerry and Pat British Columbia

We really enjoyed our time in Terraza Brisas. All we needed to relax with the beach being so close and not full of people! Rona has been great at making sure everything was all right the whole time. The amount of water was not at it's best when We were there but it only makes us appreciate what we have at home. We're looking forward to spending our next vacation there again. Thanks Rona! We were looking for a less expensive, different, unique approach to lodging in the Quepos area. We had two days fishing ahead of us and this location turned out to fit our requirements quite well. RONA was a delight to work with. She provided logistical ideas and information. Her guest manual made the stay easy. The beach is better than Jaco and less crowded than Manuel y Antonio... moderate surf... great environment for a picnic when you park your car on the edge of the sand in the many parking locations. If you are a "holiday inn" type person this is NOT for you. If you like a little adventure, spacious accommodations, good kitchen, safe and free parking, comfortable beds, big screen TV, fast internet... then this place would be another page in your travel adventures.

This is the second time I have rented this house from Rona while on holiday in Costa Rica. This house is a great! Very high ceilings, airy, and full of light from all of the windows. The community the house is located in feels very safe and has a nice, deep community pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need while cooking on vacation and there are plenty of lines and towels to keep you fresh and clean while going on all of your beach trips! Rona was great setting some tours for us, and we all had a great time!

We staryed 3 night in one of Rona's rental at Bejuco Beach. Very comfortable home. Bejuco Beach is beautiful. You can look both directions on the beach and MAYBE see 1 or 2 people. A small store right outside the gated development Had most everything we needed. For a full grocery store it is only a 10 minute drive to Parrita, a town south. Rona was a wonderful host and we had no problems. Great get away and very affordable. WIFI and Television worked great. Rona and her husband Mike, also own a tour business and can arrange any tour you would like to experience. Many are very close to Bejuco (bay-who-co). We went on a Mangrove tour just south of the house and had white face monkies in the boat, eating banana out of our hands, very cool! Saw crocidiles, lizards, turtles and lots of birds. Andre, our guide was very fun and knowledgable about the eco system and the wildlife and spoke very good english. Thank you Rona. We will come again!!

I love this house! It is so spacious and has an amazing open layout. The beach is gorgeous and so close by! I really enjoyed renting this house and Rona is a Great property manager! I highly reccomend staying here, you won't regret it!
