Overall this flat/apartment was excellent. Very clean, modern, in a great location (for tube & parks). Rooms were of a good size, and the courtyard was great (and would have been used more had the weather been nicer!). There was a high chair available to hire too, which was great. The bed mattress must have been changed since the last review, as it was amazing! It is on a bit of a main road, but you can't really hear it from the flat. Great for taxis too. Wifi was a bonus, but the extra power point next to the modem in the lounge room, which would have made an excellent iPad/iPhone charging station, was obstructed by the heater. Really minor issue, but annoyed me! The only niggle I have with the flat is that the steps leading down from the street to the front door were steep and narrow, and difficult with 2 large heavy suitcases and a toddler. This is not mentioned anywhere in the description of the place, nor are there photos. Because of this I would say it is not ideal for toddlers and buggies/push-chairs, but older (5yo+) kids who can navigate stairs with ease and have road-sense would be fine. The agent was very helpful and accommodating, and we had no trouble with booking or initial access to the property. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

This apartment had been recently renovated and we found it to be very comfortable and in a fabulous location. There were a few little niggly things wrong but the agent worked very quickly to fix everything and most pleasant to deal with. We spent a month here and would happily come back. The only drawback at the time was the building facade was undergoing renovation and this was quite noisy for several days. But on the whole, we loved it, although the mattress in the main bedroom was a bit hard.
