Relax a casa
Pronto? Polizia dei viaggi, devo denunciare Alghero, Sa Branda e le spiagge per troppa bellezza! Si, Siamo stati davvero benissimo in questa settimana al Sa Branda! L’appartamento ci è piaciuto fin dal primo momento che siamo entrati, tutto perfetto, pulito ed in ordine e ottimo arredamento. Fin dall’appartamento puoi cominciare a scoprire le cose tipiche della Sardegna, come i colori e gli inserti sui tessuti. Dario ci ha fatto sentire come due persone di famiglia e ci ha dato tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno, anzi molto di più! Qui ti senti a casa anche se ti trovi a tanti KM di distanza da quella vera e i posti da vedere vicino sono infiniti e tutti stupendi. Grazie ai consigli di Dario abbiamo fatto snorkeling, scoperto la bellezza di passare una giornata a Stintino, provato tutti i piatti tipici e visto tutte le migliori spiaggie vicino ad Alghero. A chi leggerà questa recensione e a chi come noi vuole scoprire la Sardegna dico di chiamare immediatamente Dario perchè non c’è persona migliore a cui affidarsi. PS: per chi ama i gatti Sofia vi riempirà di coccole e di attenzioni

Una splendida settimana
Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in uno dei monolocali di Sa Branda, una bellissima tenuta dalla posizione davvero comoda per raggiungere diverse spiagge a nord di Alghero e per andare in città. Abbiamo trascorso giorni di grande relax, immersi nella calma del luogo e supportati in tutto dal gestore Dario, un ottimo padrone di casa. Dario infatti é sempre stato disponibile ad aiutarci, dandoci ottimi consigli su spiagge e ristoranti e venendo incontro alle nostre necessità. Bellissimo soggiorno, davvero consigliato!

Soggiorno meraviglioso
Vacanza relax al di là di ogni aspettativa. Accoglienza fantastica di Dario che ci ha coccolato dall inizio alla fine facendoci sentire più che a casa. L appartamento era pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort, il materasso super e regnava una pace stupenda. La location è fantastica, vicinissima a spiaggie stupende come porto ferro, torre del porticciolo e Mugoni, Stintino a solo mezz’ora di macchina. Ogni appartamento gode della massima privacy e noi abbiamo potuto disporre anche di un fantastico gazebo. Ad allietare il tutto, c erano anche due simpaticissimi cagnolini e un gatto, molto educati. Insomma, ci è piaciuto talmente tanto tutto che non solo consiglieremo la struttura ma ci torneremo sicuramente a settembre!

Soggiorno rilassante
Abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale arancione della casa vacanze per 8gg. e ci siamo trovati benissimo!! È dotato di: ingresso indipendente con tavolino esterno, angolo cottura provvisto di tutto (stoviglie, pentole, frigo e freezer) e tavolo interno, ampio bagno e letto comodo, il tutto arredato in stile sardo. Ampio e comodo parcheggio dietro la struttura. Dario, il proprietario, è stato gentile e chiaro fin dalla prenotazione, dimostrandosi molto attento alle nostre richieste di informazioni. Ci ha scritto prima della partenza inviandoci anche la localizzazione per raggiungere comodamente la struttura. L’accoglienza e i consigli durante il soggiorno sono stati super.. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere le splendide spiagge zona Alghero e Stintino e per fare visite culturali alle città vicine.. L’esperienza della casa vacanza ci ha permesso di vivere in piena autonomia e libertà la nostra vacanza in un clima molto rilassante. Che altro dire: consigliatissimo!!!!

I colori di una vacanza
Siamo tornati per il secondo anno a Sa Branda. Lo abbiamo fatto perché questo luogo ci è rimasto nel cuore. Quest'anno abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale Nettuno. Accogliente, splendido, curatissimo con un valore aggiunto:il gazebo di pertinenza del monolocale che si affaccia sul vigneto retrostante.L'appartamento è arricchito con ceramiche e tessuti sardi tessuti a mano, marchio di fabbrica e del cuore di Dario, il proprietario di questa casa vacanze suggestiva e particolare, che non solo offre ospitalità Ma da innamorato quale è della sua Terra, la promuove con entusiasmo. I colori che portiamo a casa sono il bianco delle spiagge di Mugoni e di Maria Pia, il rosso della spiaggia di Portoferro, il verde e blu delle piccole calette del Parco di Porto Conte e ovviamente il blu del mare ma pure il verde dei vigneti... Il colore più bello però è quello delle persone che abbiamo incontrato grazie a Dario vera anima di Sa Branda.

Una sorpresa speciale!
Ho prenotato un monolocale nella country house Sa Branda senza immaginare di aver azzeccato in pieno! La location è situata in una zona tranquilla ma molto vicina ad aeroporto, alla città di Alghero e alle bellissime e diverse spiagge della zona di Porto Conte e Capo Caccia. Il monolocale è luminoso, pulito, completamente ristrutturato, è stato arredato con molto gusto con ceramiche e tessuti dell'artigianato sardo. Il proprietario, Dario ci ha accolto con gentilezza e disponibilità. Siamo diventati amici!

solo due notti..
Ho pernottato nel b&b di Dario per due sole notti..la terza non era disponibile, con mio marito, ci siamo trovati molto bene, avevamo con noi anche il nostro cagnolino Otis che ha subito fatto amicizia con Celentano uno dei due cagnolini presenti. L'ambiente era accogliente e pulito. Consigliato

Nous avons été très bien acceuillis. Dario est très sympatiques et disponible. Le studio était propre et agréable. Toutefois, le matériel de cuisine est insuffisant. Pas de décapsuleur ou tire bouchon, planche à découper, petit couteau, couteau à pain, saladier, spatule pour la poelle, linge à main ou vaisselle.Iln'y as que les assiettes, tasses, verres, couverts, une passeoir et casseroles. Un autre petit bémo, il faut laisser couler l'eau 3 minutes avant nqu'elle soit tiède. Pas d'eau chaude chez Dario.Dommage, car il faudrait peu pour que ce soit très bien. Evt.à recommandé si vous ne cuisinez pas trop et que vous supportez les douches fraiches.

Warning to all fellow travellers!
Never, in all our days of traveling have we come across such a place. We were led by the previous reviews which said 'excellent', there is something seriously wrong with these reviews. I guess alarm bells should start ringing when the photographs just show arbitrary plagues on the wall and views of distant beaches. This place came be summed up in two words: the first one starts with 's' and the second one with 'h'. Set in the middle of no-where, the accommodation is in a block next to a garage with a load of 'stuff' pilled in. The fridge and shower were way past their use-by-date, the bed was broken and the whole ambience was one of somewhere I wouldn't put my worst enemy. When we tried to make a drink by boiling water on the gas cooker, we found that there was nothing to light it with. When we asked the owner if he could give us a match, he told us to drive to the local supermarket (which was open only sporadically) and buy a lighter. Arriving there late in the day, we had no choice but to stay the first night (we had booked 3). The owner had steadfastly refused to refund our money for the 2 nights we did not stay. Fellow travelers, please be warned about this place!

With great sadness and bitterness I read a review that I could define offensive in every aspect. It is the third year that I work at my farm a tourist facility a bed and breakfast a holiday house situated in an agricultural context, all well explained everything is clearly visible in the reviews I got from people who have stayed with me all have written previously except it was a structure in poor condition. For only € 45 per couple / day English gentlemen they have had a studio with all accessories. Kitchen Bathroom air conditioning flat-screen TV functioning bathroom. The first day I seated and showed housing and everything was fine they had 24 hours of time to complain and none of this has happened I speak a bit 'of English a bit' of French and I tried to explain in both languages, and gentlemen do not speak Italian or French or German have tried only to demand additional services at no cost by putting in a continual embarrassment.  after 3 years of work sufficient reviews on Tripadvisor and Booking.com Airbnb to give an overall idea of ​​my work and what my features and none of these reviews has been so negative but I do not say offensive. Perhaps the gentlemen came from Britain thought of staying in a 5 star hotel by paying € 45 a night couple but unfortunately and perhaps luckily my property is a farm guest house inserted in the vineyards just a short distance from the sea as evidenced by all reviews and explanation. The B&B is indeed in a beautiful Sardinian landscape but is very remote from anything, unless one has a transport of their own. I would recommend it to everyone still. Be mindful of mosquitos and prepare in time. We were with a kid and she loved it but daily walks to and from the bus stops where too much for her. Rent a car and be aware the prices can differ significantly. In the end, I've found a car rental agency with prices 50% less that most (170 euro for a small car). If you're on a longer stay, it makes more sense to buy a bicycle for €129 , than to rent for €160 a bike for two weeks. Leave the bike behind and you're still in plus. If using bus transport, go with zone 3 return tickets - do not buy from drivers as cost in long run is significantly higher. For two weeks of our stay, and that is the only thing I can really complain on, the towels and bed linen where not changed not once. We also had to buy our own soap etc. We miss Celentano the dog :) he was always welcoming us on our returns from Alghero
