Recently stayed at this overpriced and poorly managed property, I'd advise people to avoid it
The major issue was that the air conditioning did not work and staying there in a 35+ heatwave made it almost unbearable.
We reported it and asked for fans, which did little except move very hot air around.
The apartment was dirty; hairs in and around the shower area, dirty shelves in the wardrobe, dust balls everywhere, kitchen not very clean etc. Again we reported it, to no avail, so we bought some cleaning products to clean the bathroom and kitchen ourselves
There was a spot light and a vintage lamp not working and a broken floor tile - the spotlight was fixed whilst we were there, but not the lamp, nor the broken dangerous floor tile in the kitchen
The fittings are substandard, particularly in the bathroom and there's a lot of cheap MDF i.e. the shelving in the bedroom and bathroom and the wardrobe.
Noise from the apartment above was endless, it sounded like they were dragging furniture around the rooms from early morning to late at night
We communicated throughout with the property managers who did respond, but sending a man who held his hand in front of the AC vents and told us to to keep the windows and curtains shut is hardly fixing the issue and a chap did come and replace the bathroom spotlight, but never returned to fix the broken tile or vintage lamp.
Eventually we were given a refund for one night because of the inconvenience, which frankly was a bit of an insult, because it in no way compensated for our bad experience and the stress of endlessly chasing the property managers
The apartment is very well located in Central Palma and the WiFi worked well, apart from that there is little in its favour
The price charged per night in mid June is virtually the same as a nearby beautiful 4 star hotel and we expected a wonderful break in a lovely apartment when we booked. Plus we specifically asked re the AC and were assured it would be fine
Our holiday was ruined as we were so hot inside the apartment that we spent most of our time looking for air conditioned places to eat, drink, relax and cool down.
If I knew who owned this apartment I'd tell them all of this directly and and advise them it needs many improvements, it has such potential as the building is lovely, but it was not worth the money we paid at all.
