Great location!!!! and no traffic noise. Everything worked! We loved the nespresso machine that came with different types of capsules. The washing machine was a plus as we stayed 9 nights! It was a very comfortable apt but we some of the furniture/decor looked like inherited from grandma….. and the bathroom could use a renovation. Having said that, the great location and the many fabulous restaurants in the neighborhood make up for those shortcomings!

Staying near the Viktualienmarkt is very convenient, and this well-decorated place is just steps away. Our two boys enjoyed the pull-out sofa and additional fold-open bed. Being able to do laundry was also great. Heated floors were cozy to walk around on in the winter. Such a great home base for a Munich visit.

Close to all public transportation. Steps from Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt, and U/S-bahn stations. Only two stops from Munich HBf. Clean, well equipped apartment one floor above ground level and away from street. Some noise on weekend evenings , but mostly quiet and restful. Many nearby restaurants and beer gardens nearby.

Wir haben 3 Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Viktualienmarkt ist einmalig, und da sie auf einen ruhigen Innenhof rausgeht ist vom Trubel draußen nichts zu hören. Die ganze Abwicklung war einwandfrei, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mostly enjoyed our stay here. The unit is nice and has laundry which is a god send on a multi-week trip. It's a 5 minute walk from a couple of grocery markets and across the street from the main Munich outdoor market. The location is SUPERB! We couldn't adjust the heat very well (tried to adjust what we were shown at check in but didn't seem to make a difference). Apartment was always blazing hot. Had to open up windows to make it a comfortable temperature. The only other semi-problem was the pull out couch in the living room is a bit odd. It kept popping apart in the night which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Would highly recommend this unit for a couple and maybe small kids but for three adults, the pullout sofa means we likely wouldn't stay here again.

Couldn't ask for a more central location to transportation, walking, and especially the markets.

L’appartamento è bello e piacevole. Abbiamo gradito molto il caffè e il tè a disposizione. Per gli standard italiani la casa era troppo riscaldata, soprattutto di notte ma sappiamo che in alcune nazioni c’è l’abitudine a questa alte temperature in casa. I miei figli (18-20 anni) si sono lamentati che il divano letto era scomodo. Avremmo preferito lenzuola e salviette chiare anziché marroni e blu scuro.
