Beautiful location and views. Short walk into gibsons for food and ice cream. We had a very nice stay and things were very tidy.

This rental was fun ! A block to town was great : restaurants, gelato, brew pub ( with patio and view), , public market with espresso and shade, Armour Beach for old fashion swimming with the kids, and more. Yes, its three stories down stairs, but the handrails are on both sides, and helped. Yes the rental got hot, but ample tower fans helped. Open your patio gate and you can walk a waterfront path from Armour Beach, all the way around the bay to the pubic market. It's not new, and has a few wrinkles. Paul was great, and answered all questions immediately. Thanks! It would be a great place for a cycling holiday because it has a ground level carport to store the bikes. Gibson's has a lot going on for a village, this place lets you experience it for yourself.

The views from the deck and sitting areas we amazing! We spent a lot of time just listening to the ocean, watching the seals and boats. The house had everything we needed and was in the perfect location to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. The only small thing to watch for is the access to the garage as there is a dip in the concrete and we put a scratch on the bumper of our rental car as it was too low to the ground to manage the dip.

If you have knee or hip problems, you might find the four flights of stairs a challenge in this condo. Nevertheless, the view of the bayon three of those levels more than made up for the stairs. We loved being able to walk into town for a cup of coffee, several good restaurants and variety of shops in under five minutes. The paved walkway along the shoreline and the marina and restaurants at the end were a real treat for us. The interior of the home needs some tender loving care and maintenance, especially the kitchen, but the home in general was very comfortable and nicely laid out to best capture the view of the bay. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and provided us many a night of excellent sleep. We met most of the neighbors in the four adjoining condos and they made us feel very welcome and provided many tips and “must sees” in the area. Overall we very much enjoyed our visit to Gibsons. Thank you for a memorable and relaxing visit. As always, the Canadians proved to be wonderful hosts for our month long visit to their incredibly spectacular country.

We had a great stay at Paul’s place, the house had everything we needed, very comfy beds and the water views were spectacular. The proximity to everything Gibsons has to offer was perfect. Communication was excellent throughout.

Great spot , great view, just needed a little coffee on hand to start the morning. Felt more motel like than VBRO.

Great view. Nice kitchen if you plan on cooking with friends and/or family. Wouldn't recommend if you have trouble with stairs - I found I was doing a lot of up and down due to the layout. Would stay again for a future Gibsons trip.

Our stay in Gibsons was absolutely fabulous! Beachfront Condo, with close access to shops . The condo had everything we could want. We were disappointed with the use of the fireplace, as whenever we made a fire the smoke seemed to fill the room. Both vents were open and we did check in with the owner who said previous renters had no problems. Everything else was absolutely fabulous. We enjoyed beachfront walks and fabulous views! A beautiful place!
