I have just got back from staying at the Barn for the weekend with six friends. We had the most amazing time. The Barn is absolutely beautiful, sparklingly clean, and so well kitted out. The outdoor area is beautiful ( we were blessed with a lovely sunny October weekend) and we did a couple of beautiful walks around the vineyard and to Bodiam Castle. Owners are very welcoming and friendly but totally respect your privacy. Highly recommend - we will return. We ordered a Take away from Prince of Kent in Hawkhurst on Saturday which they delivered and was very good.

Superb accommodation with 6 luxurious double bedrooms, all ensuite. No expense spared in this exquisite new barn conversion. Spacious enough for dinner for 14 followed by dancing. Lighting is flexible and modern giving great atmosphere as well. Kitchen and dining area has every piece of equipment and way more than you need for a weekend party of 12 inc 2 dishwashers. Mezzanine break out area ideal for chilling or noisy kids to unwind.Sam and Phil, the owners are close by and are super friendly and available for any last minute queries. Welcome hamper sets you up with absolutely everything you need is very generous, as well as a delicious cake. Beautiful setting with walks from garden. Dog safe enclosed area and utility room for dirty dogs and/or wellie boots. Additional games room much enjoyed for darts and table footie. Sam introduced local chef Annie O'Carroll who served restaurant quality meals. Not forgetting Betty from Wine Tours of Kent for a tasting event at the barn.Again highly recommended.

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Bokes Barn with the extended family. We had an absolutely excellent time. From driving up to the barn to leaving, it was superb. The facilities and furnishings were first class. The location is perfect for exploring the area and days out. Some days we just stayed in and enjoyed the barn and the facilities. The games room was a great hit for all ages.lots of lovely walks locally to enjoy. The welcome hamper was second to none and enjoyed by all. Sam and Phil were on hand for felt at anytime fort anything and organised a hot tub rental for us for the week. All of us would not hesitate to highly recommend a stay at Bokes Barn and we hope to be back one day.Sam and Phil bent over backwards to make our apstay fabulous!

I booked Bokes Barn for my wedding as I was keen to have somewhere that could accommodate all of my bridesmaids and VIPs under one roof. I found Bokes Barn online and was thoroughly impressed by the owners Phil and Sam, who were so accommodating and were excellent with communication, answering any questions I had ahead of the booking. Bokes Barn is absolutely stunning, the photos don’t do it justice. It has been so carefully designed and you really are staying in 5*. We also had a welcome hamper with the most delicious goodies and they even went to the effort of decorating my bed with confetti in the shape of a heart, left me a card, and 2 bottles of Chapel Down fizz in the wine fridge! Total surprise and such a lovely touch that you remember forever! I can’t hesitate to recommend Bokes Barn enough, and I’m already thinking up the next big gathering I can organise just so we can stay again! Where do I start with this beautiful modern barn set amongst the wonderful views. Sam and Phil have a real gem of a place and myself and the group were lucky to stay here for the weekend (3 nights). The place looks amazing in the photos but when arriving, this was taken to another level. The place has EVERYTHING you could ask for. A group of guys that went away were also welcomed by the addition of the new games room. Myself and the group couldn’t ask for anything more! A brilliant weekend supported by a beautiful barn and fantastic owners. Wouldnt hesitate to book again and will hopefully get back here next year. 5 out of 5 for us!

We were looking for a suitable venue to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday with the rest of the family and Bokes Barn went above and beyond our expectations. Having the majority of facilities available of the ground floor was ideal for my mother and yet there is a useful space above for the children to play games and watch tv together. We were truly overwhelmed on arrival to the barn. There was a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, crackers on the table and a generous welcome hamper, the likes of which, I have never experienced before! This included plenty of local produce and an enormous chocolate cake! The bedrooms were all equally spacious and met our requirements with rooms converted to twins for the children. Bokes Barn is well equipped to cater for large parties, with ample cutlery, crockery and glassware. The two dishwashers proved very convenient too. Lovely dining area and plenty of sofa space and chairs for relaxing altogether. Despite the large space and wooden floors, the barn was plenty warm enough and immaculately clean. The tasteful decor and homely touches set it apart from other places we've stayed in. Fabulous place to celebrate a special family occasion.

This was a great place to make family memories for a 50th Wedding Anniversary. The setting was lovely and the barn had everything we could have needed, some great added extras in a hamper on our arrival, with top of the range facilities. Lots of information on local amenities and places to visit. Adults and children alike had a brilliant weekend.
