Wanneer het systeem een probleem detecteert, wordt een beoordeling mogelijk automatisch afgekeurd, naar de junior bijdrager gestuurd voor goedkeuring, of handmatig beoordeeld door ons team van contentspecialisten die 24/7 aan de kwaliteit van de beoordelingen op onze website werken.
Ons team controleert elke beoordeling die op onze website geplaatst wordt en volgens onze bezoekers niet aan onze communityrichtlijnen voldoet.

We stayed at this downtown condo - 2 couples for 4 days. It was an excellent condo. The location can't be beat - so close to everything. We didn't do a lot of groceries so can't comment on the grocery stores locally. But, there were great coffee shops nearby and a 7/11 to grab some juice and staples for a quick breakfast.
Teresa met us, just as she promised. Getting in and out was quite easy. We had a car and parking was easy. The condo was well-stocked with the essentials and even some extras, if you happen to forget something. She checked in after our first night to see if there was anything we needed.
I would rent this property again, easily. The ease of getting around Victoria, not to mention the view we had, was amazing. We even got the chance to meet Victor, the local seagull.
I would stay with Teresa again. Thank you for your hospitality!

I absolutely love staying at this condo! It’s the kind of experience you want to have when you go to Victoria. The location, view, amenities are all 5 star and there really is no comparison to a hotel. Theresa is so very kind and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is a memorable one. The little touches she has added to the already well equipped condo tell you she cares immensely about your stay. Thanks again Theresa for having us!

Teresa was great to work with. She personally met us and assisted with the access to the property. The condo was spotless and perfectly located near every thing we wanted to do and see in the heart of Victoria. The kitchen was very well equipped for any occasion. The bathrooms are stocked with all items you forgot to bring. A great place to stay.

Wonderful trip before Christmas, Teresa was right there to meet us, explained all and more we needed to know. Made our stay worry free. We could walk to all downtown attractions and the view from the condo was great at night. Hope to stay there again.

We stayed here for a conference at the conference center just down the road. The apartment was lovely and well set up. Im not a city person so I found it very loud, dont think much can be done on that front. Black out blinds in the master are two piece but the seam lines up perfectly with one of the spot lights across the street and your pillow. So that was challenging as well. Having said that this condo is in a perfect location to see downtown on foot.

Teresa is very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect for strolling around the city and the building is very secure. Underground parking was easy. The suite is well furnished and lacking for nothing. The building is high quality. We have stayed in a number of airbnb's in the same area over the years and this one is the best by far. We have no hesitation in placing our highest recommedation on this suite.
