This property was perfect for our family summer vacation. There was a total of 8 of us, 5 adults, 3 kids, ages 4-9. The house had plenty of space for everyone, and very comfortable. Beds, linens were comfortable. Had plenty of beach towels. The patio and grass area were perfect for hanging out, playing games, ext. The outside shower was great for rinsing sand before entering the patio or house. Location was great, the beach was a short walk, as well as one of the pools. Short trip to the Fish Market. Really there wasn't anything we really needed that was not provided. A few suggestions though, the lounge chairs could be replaced, as they are showing signs of sun rot with tares appearing at the seams. Didn't trust sitting in 3 of the 4. That being said these did not take away from the experience. I would definitely stay here again! Lastly, the owner was amazing with communications and very prompt with replies and/or suggestions. He put us in contact with a chef who came to the house and prepared an outstanding meal for us! Highly recomend.

This is the only house in Puerto Penasco we have stayed twice. We LOVE this home! Location could not be better and it is wonderful to have access to the pools and weight room at the hotel! Love having so much space for everyone too! We will be back again and again!

The beach house is beautiful, clean and in a fantastic gated resort. The beach is literally 10 steps away. Everything about our stay was wonderful!

Would highly recommend this spectacular villa on the beach. Full length windows to give you an amazing view of the beach. Each bedroom comes with large bathrooms. Having access to the resorts 5 pools, swim up bar and grill was a huge bonus. We’ll absolutely return for another adventure in this charming rustic villa!! Thanks to Boan for letting us share a beautiful piece of paradise in his villa.

8 adults, 5 children. Good floor plan for multiple families. Pictures and descriptions are accurate. Nice to have the resort pools and poolside grill. Plenty of restaurants within Sandy Beach area. Mare Blue was our favorite for a birthday celebration. Golfed all three courses, Las Palomas very close and in best condition during our stay. Plenty of water activities available. Very secure resort with friendly/responsive staff.

We had a family of 12. You can't beat this location. If you want to walk right off you patio and hit the beach, this is where you want to stay. Kids liked the bunk beds. Nice kitchen. Jacuzzi was a plus. We had a garage to park both cars in. Jet skis, banana boats are right on the beach. Owner was very responsive to phone calls and text messages. I would definitely stay here when we visit RP again.
