Frenchmen’s was amazing!! Tony and Vicky were exceptional hosts! Our views were amazing as was their property, the view we had from the kitchen looking out to the ocean made cooking a little better 😊 The pool area was of course a hit with our family and is a breathtaking view as well! We can’t wait to book again next year!

This place has a beautiful ocean view from the nice terrace with a heated pool. There is a dining table at the terrace from where you can enjoy the breathtaking view and see the cruiseships pass near by to and from Charlotte Amalie, but the terrace would be even more useful with a sail over the dining table. One building is in average shape where as the other building is in a very poor condition. We got a leaking sink in the bathroom when we stayed, but the owners quickly fixed it. And they say they are going to renovate the other building as they have done with the first one. The owners are very helpfull and friendly and were considerate by even closing their shutters to the pool area when we were around, but still we felt uncomfortable living extremely close to the owners and not being able to be yourself. We don't think this place is worth the money.

My husband and I stayed here for ten days for our honeymoon and had such a wonderful time! The villa was very clean and stocked with the little things you might have forgotten; shampoo, body wash, sunscreen, feminine hygiene products. Having a pool was great for night swims and a quick dip when the sunshine gets a little too hot. There's a washer and dryer right outside the villa that's a lifesaver if you're staying for more than a couple days. Our hosts really made everything about our trip easy. They were so helpful with directions and recommending the best places to go that aren't the usual tourist stops. We even rented their jeep for a very reasonable price! The villa's located midway between the big towns of Charlotte Amalie and Redhook, so nothing is too far of a drive, but you really do need a decent rental car (preferably a jeep) to get up the hillside.

What a view! This is a beautiful property with a view that you dream about when planning a tropical vacation. We were a group of 6 with a child, two older teenagers and three adults. We booked the main house and the pool house which was perfect! We had the children in the main house and we stayed in the pool house- the one room has an amazing view! After a week on a boat, it was wonderful to have so much space. We loved the quietness and pool at the house. There are a number of great places to sit outside that make for a nice evening. There is a BBQ as well as a full kitchen that has pretty much everything you will need. We made use of the blender for some local bushwackers and pina coldas If you are renting a car this is the perfect place, if you do not have your own car, they can arrange taxis for you, but it does cost as you are on the hill- you don't get a view like this at the beach! The property does offer a vehicle rental and I suggest that you take it. If you want a view and space, it doesn't get better than here. The caretakers are wonderful and helped us in coordinating pick up and getting us to the airport. If you are looking for space, view and relaxation on the beautiful island of St. Thomas, then stay here!

What an incredible experience! Tony & Vicki are amazing hosts and have thought of everything. It was like staying at a close friend's home. The property has beautiful views and the landscaping is impeccable. Location is great...right between Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook. Vicki's guest closet will blow your mind. If you forgot something, she has it readily available for you. The pool and Jacuzzi were refreshing especially after a beach day. There was a constant breeze and was great sleeping weather for July. Remind your party to be conservative with water usage (as with anywhere on the island). Our kids also had a blast, and we will be back. Thank you, Chris
