newly remodeled apartment, great ac. even had a generator for the one time the electricity went out. it was a little far + you definitely need a car if you stay here, but it was worth it.

House is very well done on the inside with great remodeling and very clean. But their is no ocean or mountain view and not the best neighborhood with rundown cars and some abondoned houses around. Owners are very friendly and accessible.

This was a great place and comfortable for our 2 families! We could get to any of the side of the island within 15-20min. The only negative was it isn’t very easy to get to. It’s in the middle of a residential area. Overall great place.

Demetria was a great host and the house is new, spacious and has everything you could want.

We stayed on St Thomas for two nights after a week in the BVI. The property was clean and spacious, newly decorated, with good AC. Hosts were very kind and especially helpful. Located well away from the tourist areas, so you will likely need a car.

The home was well equipped with everything needed and then some. Demetria was very kind and welcoming, she answered questions immediately. The only unfortunate thing was Demetria’s dad told us that the laundry did not work, however, they were brand new appliances that worked fine. Other than that we have no complaints about the property.

Everything was clean and accessible.

Beautiful, well-appointed house, very recent remodel. It is a great size for a family of four, the kids got their own bedroom each. It’s far enough off the beaten path that you need a vehicle to get around. The owner was very attentive, responded within minutes to a couple inquiries we had. Would gladly stay there again.

Let’s just say the pictures does not do this home any justice. The listing is quite big and super comfortable. Demetria was awesome before even landing in st Thomas. Being able to rent the listing and vehicle from one person made it even better and the pricing was great. She picked us up from the airport and was very responsive throughout. Literally a home you can bring the bare minimum because they supplied so much, very easy to forget it wasn’t you’re home. Definitely would stay here again when I return.
