Beautiful location & breathtaking views. Property needs some upkeep. First morning dead roach in kitchen. Second morning live roach in utensil drawer. Towel bar in bathroom kept falling down. Planks on deck giving way. Rusty nails. Microwave broken along with vent hood. Not good for cooking. Enjoyed access to beach and snorkeling was great.

We had a wonderful time during our trip. The balcony/ porch was shaded and had a constant breeze. We spent most days watching the pelicans acme sea turtles. You can easily walk to Magen's Beach through the shallow water or swim at any of the pristine beaches. We are hoping to return in 2023.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in July 2022. It was absolutely perfect. I loved the small beach and the snorkeling. My husband loved just sitting on the deck and watching the sea turtles swim by. Very relaxing . And we loved just laying under the palm trees at Magens Bay Beach. Charlo’s Cuisine food truck was delicious for lunch and the Old Stone Farm House was fantastic for dinner.

This was the perfect location for us. Quiet and peaceful. Direct water access plus the close proximity to Magens Beach was great.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped.The beach area was quite and relaxing. Watching the numerous sea turtles was an added bonus!

My boyfriend and I had the most perfect week here! The unit and views from the balcony are even better in person. The little beach below the unit was so convenient for floating around and snorkeling or swimming over to Little Magens Beach, or it was a quick and easy 4 minute drive to the main beach which was absolutely gorgeous. We spent every morning on the balcony talking about how it would never get old looking at the view and that cute turtles swimming around, and my boyfriend even proposed to me out there! And Rick was beyond friendly and helpful! We will 100% be back to stay in this perfect place! Thank you so much!!

Better than the photos even! Perfect access to gorgeous water! Large unit. We used the kitchen, the BBQ. Everything g was just great! Would love to come back again!!!!
