We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The view is every bit as amazing in person and the house was in great in shape.

Loved everything about our stay! Just was very quick with responses and good ideas for place stop go. The villa was perfection! Stocked with all the things we couldn't bring with us (bug spray, towels, pool floats, cookware and dinnerware). We loved the layout of the house. Every room felt private. The pool was awesome for parents and kids. Loved that it was all one depth. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay close to the top of the island. The pool and view are great. Each room is fairly seperate from each other. We didn't use the downstairs apartment. Would definitely go again.

Loved loved loved this property, it’s in a gated and quiet neighborhood, with views that are so beautiful, sunrise to sunset!!! This property is literally equipped with everything you could possibly think of, only thing we needed were groceries!!! Perfect house for our girls trip!!!

We loved our stay at this home. It had beautiful views and we had plenty of room for all of us. The office was very great to work with when we thought we may have to cancel due to Covid. But it ended up turning out fine. We will stay again in either this house or another property they have. Thank you!!

This house is gorgeous with spectacular views of Charlotte Amalie during the day and night. You will spend a lot of time poolside with warm breezes and plenty of lounge chairs. The house is open and spacious with a beautiful master suite that provides the same gorgeous view each morning. There is a second semi master suite with en suite bathroom as well. A third room in the main house area has its own bathroom. All are spacious. The attached room on the main level was the perfect place for our adult son and afforded him some privacy although no one in the main house felt on top of each other. We didn’t utilize the lower apartment with its own room, kitchen and living space but it would have been perfect for another couple. We rented a jeep which made driving the roads of the island fun and felt safer. The entry gate is a little tucked in so right after you pass Sibs on the Mountain (our favorite meal of the trip), look for it on your right. Some notes about the house: there are some spices but you will need to stop by the market for food. There’s plenty of dishes but only three ice trays so grab a bag of ice for drinks. They have chairs, towels and coolers to take to the beach so you don’t have to rent. We didn’t see any snorkel gear but we may have missed it. The pool light is next to the archway. Open up the large sliders in the living room and you don’t even need the AC. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future!! Thanks Justin!

The property is centrally located between two beautiful bays. The view from the property is worth the trip.

The incredible view from the pool deck was unbelievable! The size and privacy of the house was a plus. It is tucked away in a gated community overlooking Charlotte Amalie. The beds were super comfortable and everyone in our party really enjoyed the stay. Note that there is actually a king bed in every room. Location is about 10-15min drive from most things, so not too much of a hassle to get places, and worth it for the view you get. Justin and his team were very responsive. The check in and check out process was very easy. Only reason for 4 stars was that the living room could get a little humid. No AC in the living room, and the idea is to open all the sliding doors and turn on the fan. The bedrooms on the other hand were nice and cool! We also had a longer rainstorm while we were there and the roof in the hall bathroom had a leak. It was more just an inconvenience to deal with than a major problem, but ideally that should be fixed for the next group. Aside from that, we loved our stay and would come back again!

Overall a great house with excellent layout, beautiful views in a quiet gated neighborhood on a well maintained and landscaped property. Pool was a blast and covered areas around pool deck provided welcomed shade when needed. Each bedroom having an on suite bathroom was also very nice for the entire family and the AC in each bedroom made them welcome retreats. The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 stars is around some of the little things that need to be addressed. The Cleaning crew could step it up a bit and there are a number of little things that need to be fixed/addressed such as better lighting/bulbs, updating of certain things like cutlery (even just a knife sharpener), attention to details for things like having hot pads and some updating of furniture that’s been used heavily. Overall a great place that we’d stay at again.
