Great experience! Owner was right on top of everything. View was fantastic and villa was top of the line.

The Villa is beautiful and location perfect overlooking Magen's Bay. Our family vacation was perfect and full of great memories. Katherine is the ultimate Host and filled with great suggestions for for activities and restaurants. The suites are amazing very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is large and very accommodating for multiple "chefs".

We had an absolutely wonderful trip to this villa, and would highly recommend it to a big group or family. First, the location is amazing. The views from the lanai are unbeatable and the pictures on the listing truly don’t do it justice. It is also only a 5 minute drive to Magen’s Bay, which was by far our favorite beach on the island (and even better than beaches on St. John’s). Second, the property owner (Katherine) was amazing. She was super communicative ahead of the trip and made our stay extra special. She had a bottle of Prosecco and kids’ mineral sunscreen waiting for us upon arrival. She also provided a pack n’ play, highchair, and other essentials for our baby, which made it a lot easier traveling from Ohio. Lastly, we would highly recommend getting a private chef. We used William Corgan and he was truly exceptional. He curated a 5-star menu for our group and used a lot of fresh ingredients that he grew on his farm. It was one of the highlights of our entire stay, and Katherine helped us get in contact with him directly. There really were no negatives to our entire experience and we will definitely be back in the future. The only minor inconvenience was that there were no window treatments (shades or blinds) on 3 of the 4 bedrooms. So that made it a bit difficult for our little travelers, who woke up with the sun! We didn’t mind much though, because the views and sunrise were spectacular.

Our group has been staying in VRBO properties since 2012, and this has been our favorite home. This house is HUGE, has great amenities, and spectacular views. The owners of this home go the extra mile to keep everything up to date and the home and grounds are very well cared-for. You can't go wrong with this property.

This home is beyond amazing…the views are stunning, the location perfect, it is meticulously maintained, well-appointed with everything you could possibly need, and extremely clean. We were a party of 6 adults and found the floor plan to be ideal to allow for plenty of lounging and dining space both inside and out. The 3 main bedrooms are all master en-suites and all have the same gorgeous ocean views. We were all amazed at how quiet the house is between rooms and floors, which accommodated various sleeping schedules beautifully. Brit answered our messages promptly and is a great source of information when needed. This was our 5th trip to St Thomas and this was, by far, our most favorite property. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and we can’t wait to return and stay here again!

Our visit to St. Thomas was made all the more special by staying at this beautiful villa. The gated community is very impressive. The views from this villa are breathtakingly spectacular. The view of the BVI at night, the view of Megan’s Bay on the road to the villa and the close proximity to Megan’s Bay is wonderful. Our family spent two full days at Megan’s Bay. Would love to return to this beautiful property someday.
