King's Cross Apartment is located within 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes by bus from King's Cross station which is the third-busiest station on the system after Waterloo and Victoria, and serves more lines than any other (Circle line, Hammersmith & City line, Metropolitan line, Northern line, Piccadilly line and Victoria line) . It is in Travelcard Zone 1. It also has 12 major bus routes taking you all over the capital. Only 3 minutes walking from Angel Station ( Northern Line) and a bit more from the vibrant Upper street full of shops, restaurants and cafes, Almeida Theatre, Business Design Centre. Within easy walking distance you can also enjoy London's Canal Museum, the British Library, the stunning architecture of St Pancras, the shopping and culinary delights of Islington. Angel straddles the ancient boundary of the parishes of Clerkenwell and Islington that later became the metropolitan boroughs of Finsbury and Islington. It is named from the former Angel Inn which stood on the corner of Islington High Street and Pentonville Road. Since 1965 the whole area has formed part of the London Borough of Islington in Greater London. ## Notes IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ PAYING ATTENTION -The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term agreement upon arrival. That is for insurance, fiscal and legal purposes. The final cleaning fee is intended as flat general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs will be charged.  - The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages will be charged. - Lost keys or getting locked out: £100 per key set for replacement.
