Villa Nunziata is an elegant ancient historical residence and it consists
of a main body and an outbuilding for a total of five bedrooms and bathrooms and can accommodate up to a maximum of 11 guests.
The main villa spreads on two levels; on the ground floor there is a large living room with comfortable armchairs, a fireplace, a TV and a double sofa bed where two guests can comfortably sleep; on the same floor there is a large dining room and finally a fully equipped kitchen with all accessories and appliances such as a microwave oven, a fridge, a kettle, cutlery, plates, glasses, and everything you need to prepare tasty meals that can also be enjoyed outside in the garden.

The outbuilding can accommodate two more people and it consists of a living room, kitchenette, a double bedroom.
Villa Annunziata is an ancient mansion renovated a few years ago maintaining the original architectural style and has been embellished with important antiques, but at the same time the villa has been equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning, satellite TV, stereo, WI-FI, safe, laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The whole property is surrounded by a well-kept garden with outdoor furniture such as tables, chairs and deck chairs, there is also a wood-burning oven to enjoy pizzas or to set a BBQ. The swimming pool of 6.50 x 3 m. is for the exclusive use of customers only and can be heated upon request.
Extra costs
A refundable deposit of € 800 shall be provided on arrival, it will be refunded less any charge in case of damage.
Final cleaning: € 300
In case of a stay of more than 1 week € 300 will be due for weekly cleaning with linen change + € 300 for final cleaning
Cleanings (3 times a week compulsory): € 250
City tax: € 2 per person (from 18 years old onwards; max 5 days)
Winter heating: € 300 per week

Villa Nunziata is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday with family or for those traveling with a group of friends.
The Villa is located just few steps from the town center where you can find an excellent restaurant and not far from the restaurant there is a grocery store that sells a little bit of everything.

Villa Nunziata is located very close to the beach (just over a mile). Sorrento is only 20 minutes driving away with its choice of restaurants and wine bars; the main streets full of elegant boutiques leads to the old town center doubtless the most picturesque district of the town. In Sorrento furthermore you can find the train station, the bus terminal and the port from where you can easily reach the nearby resorts of Pompeii and Herculaneum on the Bay of Naples otherwise Positano, Amalfi and Ravello on the Amalfi Coast that we fairly recommend to visit booking a private car with an English speaking driver who will show you the entire coast on a full day excursion.
