Wanneer het systeem een probleem detecteert, wordt een beoordeling mogelijk automatisch afgekeurd, naar de junior bijdrager gestuurd voor goedkeuring, of handmatig beoordeeld door ons team van contentspecialisten die 24/7 aan de kwaliteit van de beoordelingen op onze website werken.
Ons team controleert elke beoordeling die op onze website geplaatst wordt en volgens onze bezoekers niet aan onze communityrichtlijnen voldoet.

Great villa disappointing service from the management company
The villa is lovely and in a great location and an amazing sea view, although watch your exhaust as the driveway is extremely steep.
So why not 5 stars? Well, the stay was let down by the management company. On arrival, I found 2 sun beds were broken. (They are nothing like as luxurious as the ones in their photograph!) I let them know immediately as I didn't want to be charged for damage. They just said Thank you for letting us know. No action to put right. So 4 beds for 6 people.
The dining table only had 4 chairs and not 6 as per the photograph and number of guests staying. Again on telling the management company, they said they were aware. No action. So some meals we had 4 at the table and 2 in the lounge. Their suggestion was to use the outside chairs. Really? It was February and often when we came back they were wet!
They asked for a significant cash deposit. no problem with this but when I asked for a receipt they said they don't do that. In the end, she wrote on a scrap of paper for me.
We were leaving on a Sunday and they said they don't do Sunday final checks so they would return on Saturday to check the place and return our deposit. They asked to come between 5 and 6 pm. I explained it was our last night so please don't be late as we are going out for a final meal as a family. At 6:15 no one had turned up. I rang and the lady had forgotten. She said she would come over but not for a while but I would have lost the meal so she said she would come and leave the money on the table. This she did but I prefer to be present in case of any damage etc.
So as I said great potential for the villa but let down by missing/damaged furniture and poor service from the management company.
I waited before writing this as I thought they might send a note of apology but no!

Schönes Haus mit Pool
Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und alles ist ziemlich neuwertig. Nach der Schlüsselübergabe fanden wir 1 Flasche Wein, sowie Kaffee und Brot vor. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!!!

Super Haus
Das Haus ist gut ausgerüstet. Der Pool ist sehr groß und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt.
Das WLAN funktionierte gut und wir würden es gerne wieder mieten.
Haben schon einen Urlaub auf Madeira für September gebucht, aber leider ist es bei diesem Haus viel zu teuer.

Wonderful
This is our second time in Madeira booking through Our Madeira. Our Madeira make the whole experience easy and slick.
The house is exactly as it looks in the web images, its really stunning. The view over the sea and hills are breath taking.
Its a few minutes drive to the beach and supermarket and whilst here we explored most of the Island.
Madeira is simply wonderful and we cannot wait to return.
We did struggle a little with the beds, the matresses are incredibly hard and whilst that may suit some, we found them quite uncomfortable. We got around this by laying up the duvets on top to make them softer. As is normal in Madeira there are a lot of dogs which bark overnight, which seemed to be amplified as we were higher up. Whilst I love the different sounds of on holiday it didn't bother me at all but my husband was glad he had brought his ear plugs.
This is a truly stunning place, packed with everything you need and in a great location. I would highly recommend this place and cant wait to return to Madeira again soon.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool, super Ausstattung und fantastischem Meerblick. Vielen Dank für den Willkommensgruss aus Milch, Butter, Käse, Kaffee, Wasser und Marmelade. Was für ein Service! Kann das Haus wärmstens empfehlen.
