BEDROOMS:
- There are 4 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor.
- ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms.
- Some rooms have balconies attached.
- All bedrooms have double beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request.
BATHROOMS:
- There are 4 bathrooms - all attached.
- Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms.
- Bathtubs are offered in some of the bathrooms.
COMMON AREAS:
- The living room seats up to 35 people.
- It offers a TV and a wired music system.
- There is a 6-seater dining table.
- Indoor games like TT and pool table are available.
- There is a bar counter near the living room by the pool table.
- There is a lawn.
- Cricket set is available.
KITCHEN:
- The kitchen is equipped with cooking stove and a refrigerator.
- Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 24 people.
- Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, for elaborate meal preparations, an additional charge of Rs.1500 per day will be levied.
MEALS:
- Meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian meals are priced at Rs. 1800 per person, per day. Please note that this price is exclusive of taxes.
- For groups fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 72hrs prior to the check-in date.
- The meals will be delivered to the villa.
- In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted.
- The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak / festive dates.
- Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- Although the stay is deemed safe, guests are advised to exercise necessary caution.
- Barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost.
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit will be collected before check-in. This entire amount is refunded within two working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.Meer
