“Absolutely Beautiful & Value for Money” – is the perfect word to start with. Ideal place for Family, Corporates, Friends get together as this place is big enough to accommodate up to 15 adults with 4 decent size bedrooms with attached bathroom. The place was neat and clean and provides you a rich look with artificial grass all around. It had everything we needed to accommodate our family of 4 (Adult – 8, Kids - 6). There was enough space to roam around as the Basketball court was huge and they provide basketball, badminton, cricket items. Swimming Pool was also a great attraction for both kids and adults. It was nicely maintained, and we all had a great time. Not only were the accommodations fantastic but the food was awesome and even Kids enjoyed each and every bit of it. The Hosts and Chef all were highly polite. I would suggest getting the whole package with the Villa as this place is little far from the Main road so plan everything well in advance. They also had Big Music systems which you can connect with your Phone and enjoy your favourite songs. Overall, our experience was simply awesome and will highly recommend this place and will come again for sure. Thank You Sunrich Villa Team for making our weekend a memorable one!

My family, my brother’s & my sister’s family decided to rent a villa over the holidays, on our recent visit to India, as we all wanted to be together rather than in separate hotel rooms. We wanted the kids to be together & bond, as we all live in different countries. I was the one to find Grace villa’s listing. We were nine adults with five kids (aged 5 to 9), and I was worried about the size of the villa and whether we’d be as cramped as if we’d stayed home, but the four bedrooms were very spacious and had their own en-suite bathrooms. The dining and living room were fantastic. We don’t have a big yard back home , so the kids were loving the garden and swimming pool, and there was a carrom and billiard table my husband and my brother pretty much lived at. There was a swing & a small tent house . It was great to see the kids really enjoy being outside this much , without using their gadgets even once in the 2 days that we stayed there. There were also two nets for badminton and we all enjoyed playing badminton as a family. And the biggest attraction for the kids and also us😉 was the dj console & dance floor setting with lighting, where we partied each night. We were there for 2 days and three nights, the food was exactly what we asked for, the housekeeping was on point, and our rides to and from the villa were arranged for a reasonable fee. Everyone in my family was super impressed with the arrangements. Overall it was a memorable experience and we will definitely go back and stay there on our visits to India.
