BATHROOMS - There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - all attached. - An additional bathroom is attached to the 5th room, which is equipped with a bathtub. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The home opens up to a spacious living room on the ground floor, replete with plush seating arrangements and stocked bookshelves along with a carrom board. - It offers a variety of amenities including a TV and an AC. - The dining area is a part of the living room and can seat up to 10 people comfortably. - The exteriors of the property feature massive gardens, featuring a gazebo, swings and a basketball net. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - The kitchen is equipped with crockery and cutlery. FOOD - All meals are priced at Rs.1800 for vegetarian, per person, per day. Please note that this price is exclusive of taxes. - For groups fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 72hrs prior to the check-in date. - All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen. - Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. - Guests can also eat out in nearby restaurants such as German Bakery, Rama Krishna, Kinara Dhaba and Sunny Da Dhaba. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - All-male groups are not allowed. - Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. Its an excellent villa! I booked it thru vista rooms. Vista rooms provided cooking team onsite and their meals were excellent. Overall the property is really grand. We had few minor issues like ceiling fans making ticking noise. In general the owner needs to do some touch ups to the property. Also it would be helpful if Vista rooms also provides a professional housekeeping staff to tidy up things. The location is excellent and we really enjoyed our stay there.

A beautiful and serene place to go for! Booked it via Vista Rooms, and have to say they made sure we enjoy our stay; and we actually did! Went there with a big fam jam and kids... and everyone enjoyed it! Infact we did not want to come back... well, that’s how a good mini vacation is supposed to feel, after all! Great job, Vista Rooms!

Unprofessional, previous guests had not checked well out past 2 pm. Address / mapping / location / bungalow name etc needs to be updated in your records, housekeeping has to be oriented for hygienic cleaning of commode seats ( since they have most dangerous pathogens ), WC brush cannot be used to clean the toilet seat, disposable toilet seat covers are suggested to overcome this issue, lawn needs to be manicured. You have charged premium for this property... apologies cannot suffice.

This was the first time we booked through Vista Rooms and must say we were thoroughly impressed.. Valencia serves as a superb stay option for a family outing.. It is surrounded by greenery on all sides because of which the temperature inside is a few degrees cooler than outside.. Huge space, nice interiors, well maintained villa.. Highly recommended..

Have been to few villa in Lonavala lately for a weekend get together, but this one tops them all. We were group of 15 adults and 5 kids and this villa gave us all we needed, right from a small library to table tennis, huge beautifully crafted lawn for outside activity like playing box cricket and a nice big gazebo to chill. Most importantly villa has perfect architect with huge 4 rooms with king size bed and super furniture. I got all this for a reasonable price on a weekend If its a family get together - this is it.

Talking about the villa, superbly maintained proper beds with neat n clean bedsheets and pilow. The experience staying with loved one here was amazing because of the surroundings and special thanks to Bharat bhai, caretaker of this villa. You can visit and stay here with your family and friends. Nice getaway on weekends. Location was a plus along with the villa. No hesitation visiting again. Thanks to vista team and Bharat bhai.
