Quite, clean and close to several different options to dine and buy groceries as well

It was clean and security. Close to everything!!!

I stayed alone at this Parklands condo for 6 months during a corporate assignment in Costa Rica. The condo was very clean and well-furnished with new furniture and very comfortable beds. Plenty of space for a small family/group.The owner of the property is off-site but extremely responsive to any questions or issues and visits often enough to keep the place running well. For local help, the property managers were extremely attentive and always making sure my needs were met. The neighborhood is extremely safe but there is a locked gate with 24 hour guard checking everyone who tries to enter the complex. I cannot recommend this property or Parklands management strongly enough.

Underbar lägenhet med två sovrum, där farmor kunde ha minisemester tillsammans med pojkarna, under tiden föräldrarna var på konferens. Vi kände oss väldigt trygga med portvakt vid grinden dygnet runt och poolen då.... Precis lagom till småpojkarna. Den användes flitigt flera gånger om dagen. På TV fanns det flera barnkanaler att välja på, när vi ville ta det lite lugnt. Kändes lite lyxigt faktiskt :D

It was a perfect place for us to stay, since it was so close to the conference center where we attended! This is our second stay in this apartment and we love it! It has what you need to have an easy stay- it's close to the mall if you want to eat out, but it also have a fully equipped kitchen to cook yourself if you prefer that. Our kids loved the fact that there's a pool on the property, where they could go and swim!

We stayed 6 nights in this wonderful condo! Parklands have really taken good care of everything we needed, and i felt so good that we could pay everything beforehand and did not have to deal with cash payments. The location was perfect for us, as we were attending a conference at the Wyndham conference center, and could have a short relaxing walk there in the mornings and back in the evenings. The mall with restaurants was also close by, so no problems with the food, we ate out about half the meals and cooked in the condo the other half! the Kitchen was perfect for our Family! The condo was, with a very Tico phrase.. "Pura Vida"!!!

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Cariari Vistas Premium Condo. We had a late flight into San Jose and Parklands staff were extremely helpful in getting us checked in. The condo was clean, well furnished, safe, and conveniently located close to a mall, food court, movie theater, bank, restaurants, and bowling alley. We had to run errands in San Jose and we loved how close we were to the airport and short drive to Immigration and downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice, safe, and clean condo in a great location!

This condo was the perfect size for my family (four of us). It was cozy and included a washer and dryer, major plus. The only negative is we were in need of an air conditioner as it was quite warm. The fans only helped but so much. The gated community and security guard on site 24/7 was extremely helpful in making us feel comfortable. The neighborhood itself was rather quiet and secluded as well.

Let me start by saying, I can't thank Paolo and the Parklands Group enough for helping to make my recent vacation to CR the best vacation I have ever taken, anywhere. Believe me, I did my research for a solid month before I decided on the Cariari Vistas condo and the Parklands Group.. I literally reviewed 240+ hotels, motels, condos, apartments, and houses for vacation rental, as well as speaking to a dozen owners and managers. The people of Parklands Group are incredibly courteous, detail-oriented, and always there for you when you need them for anything. Even at 2am, if you're stranded somewhere alone in a strange city and country, they will take your call and get you home. The condo I stayed at was just as described and made me feel at home.. As if it were actually my home. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a full kitchen, your own washer and dryer, 2 TVs with cable, and a great pool in back.. What more could you ask for?!?! I cooked for myself almost every day, saving a bunch of money I would have otherwise spent at hotel restaurants.. Shopping and all the restaurants you could ever want are just a 10 minute walk away.. The biggest Hard Rock Cafe in Latin America is a 15 minute walk away, and you can take the bus from a bus stop close by another 15 minutes to get into the heart of the city. Also, the Doubletree and Wyndham hotels are about a 15 minute walk away from the unit, so you know it MUST be in a good neighborhood.. And best part is that its quiet and secluded! No traffic or passer's by at 2am, ever! Paulo and the Parklands Group helped me book all of my excursions as well! All I had to do was show up! Truely my best vacation ever!! Our family (husband, wife and baby) stayed in this condo while visiting family in Costa Rica. We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well appointed. The owners were highly accessible and were there for us anytime we needed anything. The condo is a conveniently short distance from the airport, shopping and a major thoroughfare. The area is quiet, clean and safe. I would certainly recommend it.
