We stayed in the Mirador house for a month with our two young kids and it was lovely everyday. A perfect home away from home. The art in the house was beautiful. The beds were comfy and firm (including the futon) with big dressers in each room. We cooked a ton in the house and it was great for that too with a new set of knives and a great view for doing dishes. The deck and lawn were perfectly tended. Truly, we had no complaints about the house, we almost wanted to live in it forever. The staff of Majestic Properties were awesome! I would never have believe that they could bring a new dryer to our house in 30 minutes so far from a major town but of course they could! And came over to fix the toilet on Sunday morning before 8am. Incredible and so lovely to work with! I really do not have enough lovely things to say about Daniel & Agustin. El Castillo is also a lovely small town. All walkable are the Eco Zoo, the Butterfly Conservatory to do and Gavilana, La Ventanita & Essense Arenal to eat well. We met so many lovely people and a quick walk from a grocery store was super convenient.
