Home from home accommodation with added sunshine!
The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. We were greeted with a welcome pack on arrival of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, cakes and a much appreciated Bacardi and coke! The communication and support from both Craig the owner, and James the agent in Majorca before and during our stay has been impeccable. Our eldest daughter is disabled and is confined to her wheelchair. She requires us to care for her and James was exceptionally helpful in providing some additional equipment to make that easier for us. The location of the apartment is fantastic. Our other daughter, her boyfriend and our son have no complaints either. There’s a good supermarket minutes away along the same street. The square and restaurants are are also a few minutes walk away. You can get to the beach and port in minutes where you can find more shops and restaurants. Puerto Pollensa is a beautiful resort. The bus station is across the road and they are wheelchair accessible. We ventured into Old town Alcudia on the bus and it was beautiful.

Excellent Location and Flat is of a high standard
Flat is in an excellent location for all local amenities - beach, marina, restaurants, bars, shops and bus station.
Buses run regularly to explore other towns such as Pollensa and Formentor.
The local market is great for purchases gifts and trying the local produce.
Lovely walks around the town and there are cycle paths if you decide to hire a bike during your stay.
Flat is of a high standard and spacious and clean with lovely views of the mountains.
I look forward to returning next year.

Perfect location and provides all you need!
Perfect location! It is only a 5 minute walk to the main square and beach front and the bus station is just across the road through the car park which is easy public transport to main places to visit like Palma, Pollensa, Alcudia and Formentor. There is also a supermarket 5/10 minutes along the road if you wish to self cater instead of eating out every night. The apartment has all the facilities you need like a washing machine, cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher,etc. There is also a speaker and some games if you wish to enjoy a relaxed night in with family/friends on the balcony where you can watch the sun set behind the mountains. Highly recommend, this is now where we stay any time we visit and we have been coming here for many years.

Lovely apartment in great location
Apartment is well equipped and very clean, light and airy. Central location with super views of the mountains, close to bus station and public sports facilities. Communication with the owner Craig was great and he responded quickly to our queries. We will be returning to Craig’s apartment in September.

Excellent, great location for anyone looking for an apartment in PP
Stayed in Craig’s apartment for 11 nights, it’s a great location with a superb view of the mountains, on arrival the apartment was very clean and well presented
The apartment is minutes walk to the square and straight onto the pine walk
I have stayed in PP many times for cycling holidays and just holidays in general
I have no negatives to say about the apartment, it’s a great choice for any one looking for accommodation in the Area
It was 2020 my last visit to the area due to COVID, now 2022 it’s great to see everything picking back up now and have a sense of normality again
In summary next year I would happily book with Craig again

Great location, comfortable well equipped apartment
The apartment lived up to our expectations after reading the reviews. It had everything we needed and was furnished to a high standard. The apartment was ideally located for the bus station, local shops, bars and restaurants as well as the beautiful pine walk.
We particularly enjoyed the Centric restaurant and La Bodeguita bar within 5 minutes walk from the apartment. As it was February, many restaurants and bars were shut but we could always find somewhere to eat.
We enjoyed the chance for some winter sunshine. Our only suggestion would be that it would have been nice to have shutters/ blackout blinds on the bedroom windows.
Information and communication from Craig from start to finish was excellent.
We would highly recommend the apartment and hope that we might return in the near future.

Perfect base for exploring the north coast
Visited as a family with young children at end of October. Accommodation clean and practical, appreciated all the little extras such as welcome pack, beach toys to borrow etc. Location great with 2 min walk to main square and 5 min to great sandy beach whilst also easy to park. Would recommend exploring Formentor peninsula and the walk to Cala Boquer. Would book again.

Lovely apartment in great position
Booking and all communication with Craig was excellent.
Location of apartment great being so close to the bus station.
Super view towards the mountains.
Apartment had all amenities and was very clean.
Close to centre and restaurants/bars and to medical centre (which I used due to tonsilitis).
We had a wonderful time thank you Craig.
Would we book here again?

Lovely well equipped apartment
We stayed here for one week and the apartment is exactly as shown on the photo's, very light and airy also very well equipped, Craig the owner has thought of everything to make our stay as welcoming and homely as possible, the only negative I can think of is there was no hair dryer (that we could see anyway and we searched the apartment) so I had to go out and buy one in the shop next door which was very handy, plus we couldn't get the tv to work it just kept saying error despite following the clear instructions that were left this wasn't too much of a problem for us though because we don't watch much tv anyway so it didn't spoil our stay and we didn't feel the need to bother Craig about it. Puerto Pollensa is a lovely relaxing part of Majorca and it's the first time we've been to this part of the island but it won't be our last for sure, plenty of lovely restaurants to tickle your taste buds and the beach is lovely with beautiful views, I would highly recommend staying at this apartment you won't disappointed 😁😁 its suitable for everyone.

A very bright and airy large apartment
The apartment is large. and spacious . 3 really good sized Bedroom . really well equipped with very good quality furnishings and kitchen items .Every Thing You could possibly need .We had a really good Welcome pack . which was a big Help after a day travelling .
plenty of Towels and even Beach towels You don't often get
for Children of all ages plenty to keep them occupied . even a shopping Trolley to get your food shopping .
Good supermarket not far away also a cake shop close by Not to far from the beach and some really good restaurants close by the perfect place to have an enjoyable Holiday for all ages
