Heel mooi hotel met een super ligging op een klip naast het stadje Puerto de Santiago en de beroemde kliffen Los Gigantes die heel goed zichtbaar zijn vanuit het hotel. Kamers ruim genoeg. Badkamers ook. Hygiëne 10/10. Groot balkon met zicht op zee. Verscheidene zwembaden, genoeg ligzetels, handdoeken mits een waarborg. Bijna alle kamers hebben zeezicht (uitgezonderd een paar langs de straatkant). Heel vriendelijk personeel, vooral in de eetzaal. Buffetten worden dagelijks aangepast. Voldoende keuze (ook vegetarisch). Show-cooking. Kwaliteit eten : heel goed. Culinaire score 3,8/5. Lekkere wijnen. Bestelbaar per glas (de huiswijn). Niet volledig uitgedronken flessen worden bijgehouden voor de dag erop. Nogal druk in de eetzaal. Probeer een plaatsje aan het raam te bemachtigen. Shows in de avond van vrij hoog niveau. Soms live music overdag aan het zwembad (dwarsfluit, viool, saxofoon,... van alles gehoord). Echt mooi ! Een aanrader. Enige minpuntje : sommige kamers zijn wel aan een opknapbeurt toe. Men is hiermee bezig.

Kamertip: Zeker geen kamer langs de straatkant kiezen (te veel lawaai van de andere horecazaken)

Heel fijn hotel met vriendelijk personeel en fijne service en goede faciliteiten. Het eten was erg lekker en het romantisch lokale diner dat werd aangeboden echt een belevenis! Heel goed en prachtig uitzicht.

Goed hotel met supervriendelijk personeel, veel voorzieningen, mooie en grote terrassen met voldoende ligbedden en voldoende rustige plaatsen om te relaxen ondanks de grootte van het hotel, kamers aan de straatzijde zijn luidruchtig s avonds door muziek van tegenover gelegen horeca

Opgeknapte kamer gehad ziet er super uit. Aandachtspunt is het eten in de warmhoud bakken, is lauw. Het uitzicht is waanzinnig. We hebben op kamer 452 gezeten. Zit in een rustig deel van het complex . Helaas mag men roken bij het zwembad

We are sorry for the inconvenience that we may have caused, but smoking is not allowed in our common areas at our hotel. We have enabled an area in our pool bar where smoking is possible, so that our guests are not disturbed during their vacations.

rustig gelegen hotel, met niet storende animatie, afhankelijk van het tijdstip een wat ouder publiek, zeer goede keuken met veel verschillende dagverse producten. Geen zandstrand (voor de liefhebbers) , goede uitvalbasis voor wandelaars.
