We thank you for having taken the time to share your impression and regret that you seem to not have enjoyed your stay at Hôtel de la Villeon.
Obviously the room you were settled in did not meet your expectations although we clearly send to our valuable clients all the details in our confirmations emails. The details of the rooms are also specified in all the commercial tools: web site, OTA, mobile version, etc... Lastly, when we do the check in, we always take our guest to their rooms and take the time to present the services and all the facilities - as you could see, we remain at the disposal of our guests during the whole time of their stay, if ever you had met a problem during your time with us, we would have been very pleased to assist you and find a solution to make your stay enjoyable.
We also regret that you did not appreciate our breakfast - we constantly are very careful with the products that are set on our buffet: they are local products and generally very much appreciated. If you need to develop exactly what was the missing appreciation, we would be most glad to have a conversation with you in order to understand your requests for a better service.
