Hebben een fantastische week gehad. Huis had een geweldig uitzicht. Zon zee en een rustge omgeving. Ik zou het zo weer boeken. Tenerife is een verassend eiland.

Thank you very much for taking time and sharing your experience regarding tour stay.
I was expecting that you will fulfil your numerous threats and will write this kind of review, so let´s say you had your revenge.
Unfortunately and we both know it, your review is not honest and you are lying all the way through.
And fortunately enough I have informed this platfrom´s staff at the very first moment of your arrival about your behaviour.
I also produced all the foto and video evidences of that mess and filth you left after your stay in my Villa.
Just few things to remind you:
1. You kept harassing this paltfrom and me with all the possible ways to get some money out of me or them, using all possible excuses:
tiles which didn´t look like in my advert - this is the funniest one!!! :))), this platfrom´s staff laughed with me about that one;
kettle issue - which appeared to be OK;
wi-fi router issue - which worked perfectly;
Sat TV issue - which works and offers more then 2000 channels, including arount 20 English-speaking;
remore control issue - you said "we didn´t seem to know how to use it",
sheets, linen, for baby cot - which you never asked before your trip for but demanded it after,
and so on, so on, etc...
We have established that everything was perfectly working, and everything was provided (including numerous visits of my staff to the Villa) absolutely free of charge
I have also explained to you our position, and reminded you that I offered a full refund after 2 days of your stay if you wanted to leave, and confirmed that I won´t be charging you for these 2 days of accommodation, therefore offered you 2 days of accommodation TOTALY FREE OF CHARGE (!!!). I had a phone-call then from another owner or host, since you went to look for something else to rent... But then aparently you didn´t come to agreement with this owner about the price, and you have informed me you didn´t want a refund, you didn´t want to leave my accommodation, and that you wanted to stay in my accommodation.
You also agreed with everything I offered you and you said you were happy and satisfied. I came personally twice to the property, and you have accepted it and said you were satisfied with all the arrangements
So basically you didn´t want to stay somewhere else, you didn´t want to have a full refund from me and 2 days of accommodation in the Villa absolutely free of charge, but then (when your Holiday was finished) you have started asking for a full refund?!?! :))))) You should be kidding me....
And now, when your Holiday is over, you started to do these dodgy things, which I realised you do now - in order to get someting out of TripAdvisor or out of owner.
Understanding the fact that you didn´t know already which excuse to use and which wall to climb in order to bite a piece of something as a compensation, and having nothing else to add to everything mentioned previously, I have informed TripAdvisor that no discounts will be done, since we do not see any reason for doing so, and since you EXPLICITELY REFUSED TO HAVE A FULL REFUND AFTER 2 DAYS OF YOUR STAY, AND PREFERED TO CONTINUE WITH YOUR ORIGINAL BOOKING.
2. You also lied to TripAdvisor´s staff that I have taken from you a 500GBP damage deposit, and aparently never gave it back to you!!! Cannot believe you have audacity to lie so openly!!!
We both know it is totally FALSE, and knowing that you might do these things AFTER GETTING BACK YOUR DEPOSIT, fortunately enough we have taken from you a receipt that 250GBP (and not 500) - your Damage Deposit, was refunded to you in full, which you have established and confirmed by signing that receipt. Which as evidence was presented to this platform as well.
After you lied about that amount, and that it was not given back to you, I realised that all the upcoming things and youir statements probably not even deserved to be commented. Think this platfrom people understood this as well.
You also lied about 149GBP cleaning fee, which is absolutely FALSE and you know it also. You lost your credibility after you said these FAKE things to this platfrom.
3. I also informed this platfrom about the state of my property after you left it, and my suspicions you did it ON PURPOSE!!!
This is copy of my report to them:
"Unfortunatelythis family is not type of guest I would advice to anybody.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! :((
Apartment was in EXTREMELY horrible and disgusting state when they left, and it was extremely dirty and I even say - FILTHY.
You definitely can see it on the photos and videos I am presenting.
And the most disgusting thing is that we explicitely informed these people about the fact that this Villa is a NON-SMOKING Villa, and apart from the fact that in my description it is ticked that property is "NON SMOKING", in my House Rules it also explicitely mentioned that smoking inside the property is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
When we came to check out these people the smell of smoking was horrible, they´ve been smoking inside the Villa!!! The rests of cigarettes (unfinished butts) were in the Villa, in living room on the floor, in the flower pots, in the toilette´s WC, in the terrace, and everywhere you could imagine. No wonder sometimes the sewage problems appear, especially if people throwing cigarettes and nappies in the WC closet.
And when we mentioned that to them, they said when they checked in it was like that already!!!!!
When we showed them that the Villa was in such a horrible conditions, with bits of food, melted chocolate, opened packs of chips everywhere, and oily staff (presume body oil, as on the fotos) everywhere spreaded in the kitchen, on the walls, mirrors, etc, they said that the cleaning was not good, and they had these all from previous guests!!!
Whatever we showed them they were responding it was like that when they came.
Next:
tolilette paper was scattered throughout the property, it was horrible smell and unbelievable mess in all the toilettes, as after using it, seems like nobody bothered to flash the water, and my staff had to do that when checking these people out; there were opened and half-full and empty cans of sodas, the bits of food were everywhere - on the floor, on the terraces, on the bedside tables, food marks and melted chocolate on the sofas, and on the windows, over the linen and blankets (!!!)and there were rests of cigarettes with unfinished butts everywhere...
We also explicitely asked not to take the pillows from the living room´s sofa outise (as with sun and possible rains it destroys immediately), but they not only were doing it, they left it all in total mess as you can see on the fotos.
They left somebody´s Dirty Panties (!!!) on the nightstand by the TV-set, as you can see on the fotos as well.
Disgusting...
All the beddings and towels were on the floor under their feet (as you can see from the fotos), and fridge had opened bottles, cans, and it was also extremely filthy.
The kitchen was full of rubbish bags, which I believe nobody was taking out for the whole duration of their stay... :( The same with full rubbish bins in the bathrooms (you can see it on the fotos as well).
Whatever we have being shpwing them, they had an answer to everything, they showed me some medicines they said they found there, and they asked compensations for that!!!!
They said that tiles were not like on the description, and they asked compensations for that as well (!!!!). After they said that TV was not working, that kettle was not working, that wi-fi router was not working, that TV was not catching enough English channels (they forgot that first they said it was not working at all), and when we checked it with them it all was OK and working perfectly!
We informed them that we were going to report this to the platfrom they booked from, they became very rude and agressive, they started screaming, threatening and swearing on my staff (with the dirtiest words), they promised to write a horrible review, and they started telling us we had to give them a full refund!!! :((
I should´ve charge these people not a cleaning fee but a 5 times extra cleaning fee, and probably keep their Damage Deposit, but I didn´t do that, as the only thing I wanted - is to have them OUT OF MY PROPERTY as soon as possible, and had to accept the state of this property as nothing could be done or explained to them - AS THEY WERE TOTALLY ARROGANT, RUDE; AGRESSIVE, AND NON-ADEQUATE!!!! :((
After all, we had to close this Villa and block the calendar in it for 7 days, in order to organize, refresh, and clean all the mess they left after their stay.
WE HAD TO CALL A PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICE´ COMPANY, as melted chocolate and rest of sweet drinks were not only over the sheets, towels and linen, but worst of all - it is also and everywhere over the blankets and sofa´s pillows as well, and these are not easy to clean and to take off. And terrible smell of smoking is not going away, since we still find the butts of cigarettes everywhere... :(( We only pray that with professional cleaning service and their process of decontamination and fumigation this horrible smoking smell will go"
I have received few responses from this platfrom, and I obviously very grateful they tried to help me somehow:
"I am sorry to hear that the property was left in a mess by the guest. I am sorry to hear that the guest were smoking in the Villa when it is clearly stated on the advert that it is a Non smoking property. I understand that the guest was not one you would like to have in your property or recommend to anyone.
I can confirm that I have sent an email to the guest requesting to contact you to resolve this as they had messed the property", or "I am really sorry to know about the condition of your property. I understand that you are unhappy with the guest's behavior at your property. We understand your concern as the guest left the property uncleaned and in an mess".
Well, I suppose all these won´t help now, since we had to pay a "top dollar" to sort all mess and filth you left us, and all the responses, messages and blamings are simply rhetoric now... So the only thing I can say is that I am happy it is all over!!!
Good luck to you after all, and hopefully not to see you ever again!!!
I ALSO HOPE YOU WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH THIS SITE AND WITH ME EVER AGAIN!!!
To all other owners and hosts:
I definitley will DISADVICE these people, and my best advice will be to stay away from this group, and to be very carefull if accepting them, as your properties might be in a serious risk of being left in a horrible and filthy state, and probably this client will turn everything upside down, and will ask owners and hosts to compensate them, telling it was dirty on arrival, there were ciggarette butts when they came, that you have charged them 500GBP damage deposit and never gave it back, etc. Presume they will do the same as they did to us: demanding that it was all our fault, that they want all money back, inventing things like that we robbed something from their Villa, or poissoned them or whatever else can be born in their astute and malicious mind... but.. anyway... they left from my property... and this is my biggest joy and satisfaction in this lamentable and sad situation!!! Wouldn´t desire these people even to my worst enemies... DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
