We would like to thank you for preferring St. Constantin Hotel for your holidays in Crete last summer and also for your time you spent in writing this review and share with us your experience you had with us in our Hotel. We would like to inform you that we truly welcome and value our guests’ comments as direct feedback that always helps us to try harder, in order to improve our high quality services. After reading your review we would like to point some things out.
First of all we are very pleased that you had a good time in our Hotel and that you enjoyed with your family the entertainment programs of our animation team. In addition we are very happy to hear from you that our staff tried their best to help you solve the problems you had with the mosquitoes, as you mention in your review. Moreover we would like to thank you for your high rating you gave us on the service we offered you, which gives us great satisfaction and responsibility on keep on trying harder to maintain our quality services. Furthermore we are pleased with your comments regarding our food quality served at the main restaurant which you found good and varied. We would like to inform you that the quality of the food we serve in the restaurant is one of the most important assets to us. All the ingredients we use are fresh, local and organic and being selected carefully by the Chef of our Hotel.
On the other hand regarding to your comments regarding the noise from the entertainment, as you mention in your review, you were given according to your reservation the most quite room away from the pool bar and the stage of the animation team. As you also suggest in your review, the entertainment show starts at 21:00pm with the mini disco (where your daughter participated most of the times) and finishes around 23:00pm and furthermore but there is no obligation in participating in the animation shows. On the other hand all of our guests have the choice to watch the night shows or spend the night in one of the many quite places of our Hotel.
Concerning your comment about your mattress comfort we are very surprised to hear this from you because during our renovations that took place in our hotel last year we have changed the all the mattresses with new ones and we had never had any complaints about the mattresses quality before. Even so if you have mentioned this matter to the reception we could have done all the necessary actions to fix this issue. From our side we would like to apologise for this inconvenience.
