We thank you for your comments about our hotel. As you are still staying at our hotel we would be happy to clarify each point directly with you.
Regarding your feedback, we would like to mention the following:
-Room. You requested an adapted room, and the ones we have are on the 1st floor, and that is exactly what we have offered you. There is no option for an upgrade as we only have the adapted rooms where you are right now.
-Meals: If you choose dinner individually for one day the price is 35€, and for the whole stay the price changes at 30€ per person.
-Blue app: In this app you are informed exactly about all the prices in the Hotel, and you can see exactly what is included in the all-inclusive (Premium Drinks, Meals, etc), and if you order something that is more special, a considerable discount is usually applied, up to 60%.
-Swimming pool: The swimming pool is checked daily and monthly analyses are carried out by an external laboratory. In any case we will put more emphasis on the proper functioning of all facilities.
-Restaurants in the area: Most are open and those that are closed are waiting for the summer season to arrive. Isla Cristina has a variety of high quality restaurants and shops.
-Bathrobes are provided to all guests who ask for them, as we are in a quality system that promotes respect for the environment "Travelife Gold".
