Mooie ligging vlakbij strand met prachtig uitzicht op de duinen. We hadden HP en met dit restaurant in de top zeker geen straf. Prima wijnen en ook ontbijt erg compleet. Moderne kamers met b&o tv rn balkon. Deskundig personeel en suoer vriendelijk. Diverse zoutwaterzwembaden en poolbar. Een 5sterren verblijf. De locatie playa des ingles heeft wel een opfrisbeurt nodig in vergelijking met meloneras maar daar kan je naartoe wandelen of voor 6€ met de taxi ernaar toe

Prima hotel met goede ligging. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gezellige tuin en rooftopbar met super uitzicht. Goed onderhouden en fijne balkons. Lekker restaurant ook op de rooftop! Kortom prima!

In dit hotel wordt aan alles gedacht. Fijne kamers, goede service van 2 keer per dag schoonmaak tot aan flesjes water en zwembad handdoeken op je kamer. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en goed en het uitzicht is te gek . Lunchkaart is ook uitgebreid en lekker. Drankjes bij de poolbar wel aan de dure kant (7 euro voor een wijntje, 5 voor bier en 3 voor water). Ook fijne, niet zulke massale, zwembadjes met voldoende bedjes in de zon. De cocktailbar is ook echt een aanrader. Super drankjes en leuk entertainment. Wij hebben genoten!!

Een perfect hotel die alle 5 de sterren meer dan waard is. Een goed ontvangst in de centrale hal met koffie en thee. Tablet om in contact te blijven (zelfs buiten het hotel). Gezellige 360 bar op het dak met heerlijke cocktails. Goed ontbijt buffet en avondeten in het restaurant. Een prachtige spa, fitness ruimte en 2 zwembaden.
Erg vriendelijk personeel die 24/7 met erg veel plezier voor je klaar staan. Het personeel straalt passie en klantvriendelijkheid uit.
Mocht het hotel zelf iets niet kunnen bieden dan wordt het geregeld voor je.
Extra service is de beach service waarbij je kosteloos gebruik kunt makan van de strandlakens van het hotel.
Al met al een fijn en prachtig verblijf gehad.

Ontzettend vervelend geholpen door receptie en restaurant personeel. Geen oplossingsgericht denken. Manager niet aanwezig voor hulp. Restaurant personeel niet voldoende opgeleid om op dit niveau te werken.
