The hotel car park is usually considered comfortable by our guests, therefore we are surprised if you had problems with your minivan. We are really sorry about what you report about the restaurant service, that offer a wide choice of dishes that usually manage to satisfy all guests. As reported by numerous other reviews, our staff is always helpful and glad to help our clients, therefore it sounds strange to us your negative impression about their attitude. We are sorry about your opinion about the animation team as well, that always tries its best to please our guestsā stays with many funny activities, without being intrusive.
