While we're glad to hear that you appreciated the cleanliness of our rooms, we're sorry to hear that you found it inconvenient that the windows were locked (due to safety and security reasons) and that the air conditioning was noisy. We understand the importance of a comfortable and peaceful environment, and we will work on addressing these issues to improve the overall experience for our guests.
We also appreciate your positive remarks about the breakfast, as well as the coffee/tea/snacks and lunch provided during your meeting.
We would like to apologize for the experience you have had during your stay with our parking. At our parking we offer the same hourly parking fee as in the surrounding area, according to the request of the City Council of Amsterdam. Since most of our guests arrive by plane, we decided not to include the parking in our rates.
