Despite we would like to thank you for trusting Dolce Sitges for this stay and for reflecting in Tripadvisor your feelings around your experience as our Guest, and we appreciate your notes on Restaurant Esmarris, we regret not having reached your expectations in terms of rooms, corridors, pools, gardens, food offer and service, and we sincerely apologize for them, since it is far away from the kind of experiences we would like to provide every Guest in our property.
We will proceed to review your comments with each and every Team involved (Front Desk, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Restaurants and Kitchen) in order to understand what happened, to analyze it and take, logically, appropriate measures for the future.
If you allow us, there are a couple of elements we would like to inform you on: as it is clearly indicated in the description of our rooms in our website and all selling channels, only our Executive Rooms and Suites feature the Nespresso coffee machines, while in other types we offer a kettle with a wide variety of coffee and tea to prepare. And also we have a good connection with taxi companies, including limo companies, but the demand during summer time makes impossible for those companies to attend and offer specific services, unfortunately being out of range for the Hotel to solve it.
Again, we thank you for this stay and for sharing your comments with other future visitors and we regret the negative perception on this occasion that we expect to change in a possible next visit in a complete positive way while welcoming you again at Dolce Sitges.
