Lovely little place close to the key sites
Just returned from a fabulous week in Seville. Stayed at Tina’s lovely little apartment that was in easy reach of the key sites of interest. Easy to find with all the facilities required for a trouble free stay. Lovely host who went out of her way to assist with any request. Tina met us at the apartment and explained the key aspects. Tina even gave us an overview of Seville and where to find what we needed. I must thank Tina for her flexibility when I realised I’d booked to leave a day too early. An extra day was accommodated with no hassle. Thank you Tina. If you need a nice tidy apartment within easy reach of the key tourist attractions then this apartment is ideal.

Great place to stay in.
The apartment is located within a walking distance to all historical monuments of Sevilla and at the same time it is in a very quiet area. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities and there are many restaurants, cafes and shops around.
The hosts are helpful, kind and friendly.

Estupenda ubicación, limpio, nuevo y los propietarios un 10
El apartamento se encuentra en la judería de Sevilla, a poca distancia de la Catedral, el Alcalzar y las zonas principales de tapeo. Barrio bonito y tranquilo.
El piso esta muy limpio y todo nuevo. Segundo sin ascensor pero para nosotros no era una problema. Sin ruidos durante la noche. Camas muy comodas, perfectas para descansar después de un día de turismo. WIFI con perfecta cobertura en el apartamento, y televisión con canales de pago.
Menaje completo, con todo lo que puedas necesitar, pero además nos habían dejado café, leche, azucar, especias, aceite, agua... cosas que pocas veces te dejan en un apartamento de alquiler.
La posibilidad de poder alquilar plaza de parking cerca del apartamento para no preocuparte del coche en toda la estancia, y a un precio magnifico, es un plus.
Pero sin duda lo mejor de todo fueron Tina y Victor, los días antes nos mandaron recomendaciones para poder disfrutar de Sevilla, nos recibieron a la llegada, nos dieron unas explicaciones fantásticas sobre la ciudad y sobre sitios del barrio como supermercados, farmacias... (el apartamento tiene de todo muy cerca), nos permitieron dejar el coche unas horas más en el parking mientras terminabamos las visitas de la ciudad del último día, y estuvieron disponibles para cualquier pregunta durante la estancia. El apartamento es genial, pero ellos son de Sobresaliente. Gracias por todo!!!

"You can't go wrong with Spain"
The apartment has practically everything anyone might want to make it a place like home from home. It has the usual things like double door fridge, electric iron and ironing board, alarm clock, two types of coffee making machines and spare bedding. But it also has little extras such as a first aid kit, umbrellas, and even scissors!!
The bedroom has its own ceiling fan, whilst the lounge has a silent running air conditioner.
The front door has a bullet proof lock and the main entrance to the apartment block has a steel security gate. It is operated by a privately supplied key. I felt perfectly safe in this building. Sevilla itself was very relaxed. The people I spoke to, which included the police, were more than pleasant and helpful. From the apartment to the airport bus stop is a straight fourteen minute walk. Buses run every half hour and cost four Euros for the one way trip. On arrival at the airport, Victor, who is joint owner of the accommodation, met me and drove me in his car to the apartment. I would recommend this offer as it avoids any potential stress. Victor charged me 15 Euros for the single trip. A taxi driver quoted 25 Euros. The narrow streets of Sevilla can be somewhat confusing but after a day or two of wandering about with the map provided, finding home base becomes easier. Within a five minute walk from the apartment are cafes and food stores. So eating in or out is easy. The hosts Victor and Tina speak perfect English and nothing is too much trouble for them. If the reader is planning to visit the Alcazar or the Cathedral I would strongly recommend buying tickets online a day or more before the intended visit. If one intends to buy a ticket on the day of the visit, the queues are horrendous. Not far from the apartment is the pick-up point for the round the city tour bus. That is the red painted double-deck bus. It costs 21 Euros for use over 48 hrs. It takes over an hour to circumnavigate the city sights and returns to its starting point. Passengers are allowed to hop on or off at designated places en route. I would strongly recommend this trip as it gives the newly arrived visitor an overall view of the city and helps to orientate oneself. I visited the bullfighting museum, as it is called. It is actually the bullfighting stadium that is located across from the river bank. Bullfighting only takes place at certain times of the year. At other times tours are given of the various rooms where artefacts are kept. The tour culminates with a walk on the ground of the open arena. I found the visit to be most interesting and exciting, especially when standing where normally up to 12000 spectators would be gathered. Next door to the museum is a large restaurant with a very professional flamenco show. It was brilliant. As far as Sevilla goes or for that matter any Spanish city, as one man on the aeroplane said, "You can't go wrong with Spain."

Convenient location and very friendly hosts
Victor very kindly awaited us at the airport and drove us to the apartment where we met his wife Tina who proved very informative and helpful. The apartment is very conveniently located on the fringe of the old city, and this makes all the major attractions easy to reach on foot. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and everything was in perfect working order. It was spacious enough for the three of us, but since the table only seats two, we had to re-arrange the furniture in order to be able to eat together. The photographs make the apartment look bigger than it is in reality.

A great place to stay!
My husband and I, both in our late 60's, stayed at this apartment for three weeks in February. Located in a very convenient neighborhood, this apartment is clean, quiet, well-furnished, and comfortable. It had one of the best-equipped kitchens I have had in a vacation rental. Tina and Victor are wonderful and made sure we knew how to get wherever we wanted to go, and Victor even picked us up from the train station when we arrived. A supermarket, small grocery stores, and a great traditional market are all within a short walk as are many bars and restaurants and many attractions. It is on what is called the 3rd floor in the US, so if one can't climb stairs that would be a problem; fortunately it wasn't for us. Very conveniently, the apartment is just around the corner from La Carboneria flamenco bar, a great place to go in the late evening for a drink and traditional flamenco performance. I highly recommend this apartment.

CONVENIENT COMFORTABLE APARTMENT
This apartment had all the equipment that we needed including an electric kettle. The bed was very comfortable. It was very clean.and quiet.. Tina's advice was very helpful and well worth following. The apartment was very well placed for all the sights of Seville. Victor picked us up from the bus station and took us to the apartment. We found the local people extremely friendly and helpful, especially as we got lost every time we went out.
We had difficulty in finding our way around Seville because the maps are not very accurate. To get to the Cathedral follow Calle Verde and take the left turn into Cesperedes, turn right at the end onto Sta Maria la Blanca, then after 150 metres take the 1st left into Madre De Dios and follow Mateos Gago down.
If you are looking for the password for the internet it is shown on the contract.

Très bien situé, très bien équipé. Accueil très sympathique de la part de Tina et Victor qui est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.
