Great that you enjoyed its location, our recent renovation, the cleaning of the rooms, our ocean view and the proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, we are sorry to hear that in other aspects we could not satisfy you completely this time. We take your valuable opinion on joyless experiences and personal observations as an incentive to continue improving. Details will be evaluated by our direction with the department leaders to find out possible reasons of the one or the other inconvenience and of course we will keep on working in the mentioned areas in order to satisfy all our clients even more in the future. It’s nice to hear that you have valued positively the location and that you pointed out the excellent service received by our team member Rosa, who we will forward your feedback to. Nevertheless, we are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations in other areas and we would have liked to speak with you personally while your stay. For all our clients we have a team of maintenance and chambermaids available during the entire day, as well as our Guest Relations team and the Direction is in the hotel on a daily base and can get contacted directly in case of questions, suggestions or inconveniences. At this point we only can apologize that some occasions of your experience were not as you would have wished. According to the charge for a beach towel change we would like to inform you and future guests that this is a way of making hotel clients conscious of the environment. Practice has shown that guests change beach towels less frequently, only when they assume that it is really necessary. According to your feedback on the clients strategy we'd also like to inform politely that we have clients from around 15 countries with all ages. Our aim is always to treat every client the same way, not distinguishing treatment, given services or activities by their origin or age. We are sorry that you did not experience this equal treatment by our team while your stay. We will continue working on this area.
