The front desk clerk, Nancy, was by far the best. She went above and beyond her duties and is so attentive to the needs of the guests she encounters. The property itself is very nice. It’s a new and very well kept. The rooms are clean and spacious. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when traveling through the area.
I stayed at this hotel on July 30, 2020. We picked this hotel due to their Covid policies and my Bonvoy Gold status. Unfortunately the staff did not follow their own protocols. At reception, the employee did not wear a mask. I pointed this out to him, and he apologized but didn’t don a mask. Hotel otherwise was very nice, but high speed Internet didn’t work ( only standard) and one of two in room phones didn’t work. Ask for a room away from the elevator shaft!
This Fairfield is brand new and beautiful. Really comfortable beds and pleasant room decor. Some restaurants around in the shopping centers and at the casino and convenient to the highway. I definitely would return if I was in the area!
Pros: -new and clean -great staff -great breakfast -right next door to Olive Garden, Walmart and more -offers free shuttle to Hard Rock casino -microwave and fridge Cons: -room are a bit small but has everything we need Would stay here again.
Ms. Beechem greeted us with a smile and courtesy. This is a new property and the 5th floor bar had not been completed as of Nov. 18. She hotel was very clean, but still a just a few "punch items" left to accomplish. Breakfast was good. Location was easy to find. If you are passing through the Tulsa area, we highly recommend this property. Thank you Ms. Beechem for your hospitality and professionalism. Marriott is lucky to have you in their employment.
