Verschillende shows van het animatieteam meegemaakt en mee gedaan. Super georganiseerd door Dana daarom is het onbegrijpelijk dat dit Nederlands lid ontslagen is. Ze spreekt vloeiend Duits en Nederlands en nog een andere taal. We zullen haar missen.

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing Mirador Maspalomas by Dunas for your holidays in Gran Canaria and for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to read that you experience was not as great as you expected and that we could not meet your personal expectations as for us it is extremely important to satisfy our clients in all respects. Since guest satisfaction is a priority for us, we have recently established a Guest Experience team who is especially organized for attending our guest´s needs and try to satisfy them as soon as possible. As you completed an internal questionnaire during your stay and communicated your dissatisfaction we are even more sorry that we did not receive the chance to talk to you in person while you were staying in the hotel. We tried to get in touch with you several times. The Guest Experience team visited your room but decided not to disturb you due the “we are sleeping” sign was hanged out of the door for various days. The Guest Experience team also left a note under the door because we would have been really interested to have a talk with you during your stay, since, as said before, the complete satisfaction of our guests is a main priority and at heart of our company.
